Outstanding experience from start to end. Requested service on my sump pump online Friday, and received a reply very soon after verifying a Monday morning appointment. They called as promised about a half hour prior to arrival, and then Kelly was phenomenal - going over my situation thoroughly and offering his expert opinion and finally, his swift and clean replacement of my 17 year old pump. He could not have been more professional and friendly, and I will absolutely make Roto-Rooter my first choice when the need arises in the future! Outstanding company, outstanding personnel!

He called to let us know he would be to us in 20 min. After the services, pricing and other services that they offer we will be switching companies. We had been with the other company for years but because of their service we're switching. I will let my family and friends know about them. We had tried Roto-Rooter years ago but wasn't satisfied with the price or the service. In my opinion they have completely turned their company around. Just have them come out and give u a quote.
