We had water in our basement and determined that it was coming from our hot water tank. After calling, we were told we would have somebody within a couple of hours. Chris came out and assess the problem for free. He gave us our options of fixing or replacing And we decided to replace the hot water tank as it was over 10 years old. He was the only one in town and did the entire job himself, in less than three hours. We were also shocked that he came out the same day and was able to do the job quickly and efficiently. we will definitely call Chris again if we have more plumbing issues.

choose literally any other company on planet earth. They left my master bedroom smelling like sewage for weeks, installed the toilet improperly, it was loose and wobbly and they broke the flange. They refused to fix their error. I don't think the guy could have fixed his errors if he didn't refused. They are not licensed plumbers. They charged seven times too much. Plus, it cost me $300 to fix their mistakes. Choose literally any other company besides this company.

They charged over $900 to do minor things (install a small garbage disposer and a ball and flap in a toilet) and left 6 shut-off valves broken on the sinks and toilet they worked on. Then they didn't want to try to make it right and the guy I spoke to was really nasty about it, too.

Their hourly labor charge is $230. They also told me they charge an absurdly high flat rate. The going rate in St. Joseph is around $75.

I'm now left to do a whole lot of work myself and out nearly $1,000.

This is a very bad company. Anyone else would have to be better, if not less expensive.

Called at 9:00 this morning for my hot water heater. they said that they would be here between 4-6pm. Called at 4 to tell me that they were overbooked and wouldn't make it. I'm pretty pissed as I arranged my whole day around it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE because they clearly don't care. If they would have told me that they had too much work at 9 when I called I would have called somewhere else!! they receptionist lady was also pretty rude.

The work was fine except for the small part of billing by the hour and then having to go get parts which they took an extra long time doing that and they get back they do the job originally said it was going to be about five hundred. Supposedly it works out to be $650 which is crap. No breakdown on parts. The work was fine but they padded the time and charged $150 for parts with no breakdown. Screw these guys!

We called Roto-Rooter they told us they would originally be at our home between 9-11. We called them they then said 10 -2, we called AGAIN needless to say they never showed up. They assured us they would be at our home the next day between 10 -2 we again had to call them and were told we should receive a call in a couple hours! We not once received a call from this company telling us they were running late. So unprofessional I would never recommend this company to anyone . St. Joe Missouri

One week ago we scheduled an appointment with roto rooter for our availability. They gave us an 0800 to 1200 window, they called at 1000 to say they were running behind. At 5:30 PM they called to say that they couldn't come today, but they could be here in the morning. REALLY! You were supposed to be here this morning. I would advise against Roto rooter services.
