Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had a clog in main drain causing water to back up through basement floor drain. Was 8pm new years day but was informed it did not make any difference the day or time of day, the cost would be the same no matter what. Service tech, Jeremiah was out within an hour to assess and fixed the problem by snaking the drain. He was pleasant and personable and cleaned up after himself. No complaint with him or his workmanship. Only complaint was the price of $454 seemed excessively high. Was expecting about half that. Will most likely look at alternative companies for future problems, as would like to at least have a ballpark figure when scheduling the service, so not to be taken by surprise.

The technician, Carlos showed up began work promptly, was constantly asking very clear questions, and explaining all the relevant info. We were very impressed and would recommend anyone use this service and this tech.

I called this place at 8:30 at night in desperation of needing my toilet and drain in the kitchen unclogged. They said no problem they would be out within 2 hours no later than 10: 30. 1005 rolls around and I call and she can't get a hold of a technician says she'll call me back. 10:30 rolls around I call her back and She tells me she doesn't have a technician. Why could you not have told me this at 8:30 or even 9:00 or 9:30 so I could call someone else? I ended up having to put it on Facebook just to get someone out here and was up till 1:00 in the morning thanks to Roto-Rooter not just telling me they didn't have anyone available so I could call someone ridiculous customer service I didn't even get an offer to come out first thing in the morning. All I got was and I'm sorry. well I'm sorry in my opinion you should have let me know right away you might not have someone so that I could call someone else. I will never call this company for anything ever again

Initial response was outstanding..... But now it has been 5 days and water and clean up of a classified 3 contaminate has not been done.... questioning my choice here.

I was charged $137 my plumber pushed two buttons on my water heater. Not only was I was charged, the plumber was supposed to look over the water heater and then talk to me about the prices before working on it. he went ahead and pushed two buttons to ignite my pilot light and then said oops I wasn't supposed to do that, I was supposed to talk to you first. he didn't do anything. he should of let me get that free since there was no service. he pushed two freaking buttons. plumber name and code. Keion # 2745 I want my money back!!!!!!
