We've had Roto Rooter out to our house 3 times now, and have received excellent service each time. Today, Technician Dave, #0393, came out to check on a loose toilet. He diagnosed the issue, gave an estimate, then fixed the problem quickly. He was professional, polite, and pleasant throughout the process. We will use Roto Rooter for every plumbing issue that comes along!

Very knowledgeable plumber that was fast, friendly and efficient.

I was able to get a same day appointment no problem and he was in and out in less than an hour. It wasn't exactly cheap but everything was resolved when he left.

Updated review. I was in a terrible pinch and called Roto Rooter. Customer service was amazing...totally accommodating, pleasant and helpful! My technician Keith was awesome. He called me to let me know what he found and how much he was going to charge (with my approval). Totally great experience and I would use them again!

Dave the plumber arrived to clean my kitchen sink's drain problem within 90 minutes of my call to Roto-Rooter - 30 minutes early. He was courteous, extremely professional and very helpful. Dave snaked out the clog and checked 4 times to make sure the sink drained properly. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his fine and competent work. I strongly recommend Roto-Rooter. I'd like to add that Dave fixed our problem even though his work day was already finished.

Very impressed with the Service from Roto-Rooter. Dave the plumber, tech # 0393, that came to our home was very Knowledgable, friendly, polite, and helpful. He arrived within the time frame that the dispatcher had stated. He came out went straight to work to resolve the issue, gave good advice, fixed the problem, cleaned up without leaving any evidence of him being here, and seemed very honest. He didn't try to sale me up on anything or tried to pressure me into buying anything. Just straight to the point and explain everything so, I could understand the situation. Would definitely recommend this company to any friends or family.

The tech that came out did a good job but, what I would like to know is why Roto-Rooter charges 3 times as much as other companies charge. let me set the record straight I didn't ask how much is was before they got to my house but I thought they would be competitively priced boy was I wrong! why do they charge $278.00 to do the same job that other companies only charge $99.00 to do? Last time I ever use this rip off service again ... Buyer be ware!!
