I had sewer water backing up into my basement and with one quick call I had a technician scheduled to come to my house. The ease of calling and making to request a service technician and the friendly customer service I received made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands. They called to let me know my technician was about 15 minutes away and Dwayne (tech # 3453) arrived shortly after. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and what the issue was. While he was here I remembered another drain in the garage that had been clogged for some time. I asked if he could take a look at it and he was glad to help. I would definitely recommend. Great experience!

I was able to get a same day appointment no problem and he was in and out in less than an hour. It wasn't exactly cheap but everything was resolved when he left.

Dave the plumber arrived to clean my kitchen sink's drain problem within 90 minutes of my call to Roto-Rooter - 30 minutes early. He was courteous, extremely professional and very helpful. Dave snaked out the clog and checked 4 times to make sure the sink drained properly. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his fine and competent work. I strongly recommend Roto-Rooter. I'd like to add that Dave fixed our problem even though his work day was already finished.

Very impressed with the Service from Roto-Rooter. Dave the plumber, tech # 0393, that came to our home was very Knowledgable, friendly, polite, and helpful. He arrived within the time frame that the dispatcher had stated. He came out went straight to work to resolve the issue, gave good advice, fixed the problem, cleaned up without leaving any evidence of him being here, and seemed very honest. He didn't try to sale me up on anything or tried to pressure me into buying anything. Just straight to the point and explain everything so, I could understand the situation. Would definitely recommend this company to any friends or family.
