Mark was early instead of hours late which was great and he did a great job of explaining everything. They were supposed to send out a camera tech but he didn't make it so I had to miss more time at work to meet him the next day. Seemed expensive when compared with other companies but they did offer a 6 month guarantee of no more backups in my main sewer line. Overall satisfied with work.

Had them come out on a Sunday after our sewer backed up. Technician Garret #358 was very nice and did a great job in getting the line unclogged so we wouldn't have to spend the night in a hotel again. Very prompt and great service.

Dwayne (#3453) was extremely personable and helpful. My main sewer line has been a recurring issue and after using a different company whose ""fix"" only lasted 4 months (3 month warranty...they're off my list!), I called Roto Rooter and they had someone out within a couple hours. They did a video inspection of the main line, which other companies had not done, so I could actually see it was clear and what is causing the recurring issue. It's worth paying a bit more for something that is actually fixed.

2nd night in a row- no show! More than disappointed. Yesterday I understood as we booked them earlier that morning. Were put down for the 5-9pm spot. They called at 7:20pm saying they were extremely far behind but would call every 45mins-1 hr to check in. Next call wasn't until 10:30pm- we said it was too late and asked if we could do the same time slot tomorrow (today) they said absolutely!

Today- called at 5:50pm just to double check we were still on the schedule- very rude dispatcher said yes we were. So I inquired if she knew where we were in line, which she responded with ""There are lots of people, that's why they call you before they come out."" Thanks lady, I understand that, but since you didn't get us in yesterday don't you think we should probably be towards the beginning of the list tonight?!

Anyhow, technician called at 7pm tonight saying we were still on his list and he would call 30 min before he came our way. Well it's 9:50pm and they just called to say they are still severely running behind, but they will send someone out as soon as they are free. It's 10pm people, really?! We told them to just take us off their list and that we would call another company!

We had a clogged drain at one of our properties while we were out of town. Somehow didn't have the previous company we used in my phone so called roto rooter. Dwayne came out and opened the line ""within the first couple feet of the clean out...also cleaned main line from c/o to 100' "" Thank you. towards street? towards house? not stated...also tech couldn't tell me what caused the problem and what was coming out.
they also put a new c/o plug charging me 14.01. These cost around 3.30 plus tax according to the 2 businesses I called. R/R's price is 4.67.... its ok to double the price but to triple it and not even ask before they did it...I was very surprised and not impressed. When I talked with Dwayne about it he seemed to think he did me a favor and seemed to minimize the cost...really folks he might have talked me into it but its nice to be asked about extra cost when its going on my bill.
Their price is 180.00 for 1 hour for commercial (next hour is prorated) but it would have been 255.00 had this been by my personal residence. But since it is a rental its considered commercial. found this out after I questioned the teck about why this 2BR 1 Bath house- 1 tenant house was being considered commercial and not residential because IF its considered residential I get a 6 month warranty for Main/branch line job but it is a 1 month warranty for commercial Main/branch line job. This according to their invoice.
I called two other drain companies who charge 140.00 - 160.00 for first hour plus 100' of cable, next hour is prorated. Both have the same price for a house or a rental.
I am underwhelmed by this whole experience but do appreciate that they could get out there the same day for my tenant. This is one of those things when you need to have a specific plan in place before a clog happens.. lesson learned and I'll spread the word. Thank you

A 90 year old house on the coldest day of December and snow covered streets at 10 o'clock at night... what could go wrong? Well everything, of course! Dave (TECH 0393) saved the day! Thanks a bunch! Since I know we aren't out of the woods yet with the plumbing at this house, I have peace of mind knowing we have someone to bail us out even at 11pm!

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick and same day. My only issue is price. $290 to clear a sink clog is outrageous, even with a $40 off ""coupon"".
