Our air conditioner froze up and after it was fixed and defrosting we learned that the drain was not accommodating the condensation and it backed up. Scott came first thing the morning after we called and fixed it. We were very pleased with his services and Roto Rooter's prompt response. We would definitely use them again.

We had Dwayne #3453 come to our house today to fix a clogged drain. This was our first experience with Roto-Rooter and I couldn't be more pleased. He was professional and friendly. He even gave me some tips for using a cleaner to prevent further clogs throughout our house to help all drains. I will be using Roto-Rooter in the future, but hopefully won't need to anytime soon thanks to Roto-Rooter and Dwayne.

I asked three people for an estimate and was consistently told, we're just dispatch we don't have pricing. The guy showed up and wanted $345 to locate my sewer. I know it would have taken him 30 minutes. Get bent roto-rooter.

Keith was extremely personable, very communicative and efficient. I called and he arrived within about 30-40 minutes of my service request. He walked me through some options and gave necessary advice in a caring way. They did a great job and was happy they were able to work so quickly.

Keith did what 2 other plumbers couldn't, and was super professional! We had just finished a a bathroom remodel and the drain clogged the first time we used it. We used a local big name plumber to install the double vanity from a single and they had to cut galvanized line to split it. Must have gunked up our line in the process.

I asked them before installing the double drain to run a line but they said it looked good and didn't need it. Clogged on the first use of course. So I had them come out and try and run a line. No luck, then had their manager come out and a drain specialist, both.. no luck. They were trying to sell me on replacing the line in the ceiling, probably would have cost me thousands of dollars.

I thought I try one more time to have some fresh eyes look at it. I've had Roto Rooter come out one time before and they were successful so I tried them again. Keith got the line in and cleared in 3 minutes. Finally after almost 6 weeks we have our new bathroom, and it's fully functional! Will call Roto Rooter the first time next time a drain clogs up.

I was told that I would be notified of an approximate time of the plumber's arrival. He showed up without notice. Ok, not really a big deal, but I'm glad I didn't decide to run a quick errand or jump in the shower. The plumber(Scott #3394) seemed uninterested in this miscommunication. He went about his job of clearing a drain but there was awkward silence and it was clear to me he wanted to do his job with no questions from me. I am a female homeowner and when I have work of any kind done on my home, I like to know what's going on simply to gain more knowledge about my home in case I HAVE to do something on my own. After I realized he wasn't interested in communicating with me at all, I just waited for him to get done and leave. The job was done great, no complaints there at all. That's the most important thing. I will use Roto Rooter again. But I hope not to see that particular plumber again.

Mark was early instead of hours late which was great and he did a great job of explaining everything. They were supposed to send out a camera tech but he didn't make it so I had to miss more time at work to meet him the next day. Seemed expensive when compared with other companies but they did offer a 6 month guarantee of no more backups in my main sewer line. Overall satisfied with work.
