Over selling of the problem- told it would be 10,000$ to fix sewer they said was cracked in 2 places. Plumber came out and found no cracks and fixed it for under 1000$ Do not use for any drain problem!

Delaney with Roto-Rooter showed up to fix an issue. We have had our rental company send maintenance come out on numerous times over the past year without any resolve. We had a leak from our outside faucet that was leaking in the wall in our basement.

He had the problem fixed within an hour. Not only was he friendly and professional. He was quick and efficient.

We are purchasing our own home this year and I know exactly who I will call should we ever need it.

Do not consult Roto Rooter for anything. You will pay a fortune for them to solve NOTHING. We called them last night to unclog our water main and for $450:

- They broke our clean out plug and the lip of our main water pipe. They just gobbed our pipe with putty and called it a night.
- Refused to own up to breaking our pipe and to fix it.
- Put our basement at greater risk of flooding
- Fixed nothing

Then they claim they're going to send their supervisor for a second look, only to wait an hour and a half for this guy to blow us off and give us a blind estimate of $5500-$6500 for an issue he didn't even bother to look at.

They will cause more harm than good to relentlessly upsell. If you're not willing to over pay you'll be left with more problems and less money in your pocket.

Do not use this company!
I called them out for a clog in our main line. They broke the clean up plug out and damaged the pipe to where other plumbing companies were wary of touching it, did not even test our line after snaking to see if we could use water, and told us a second technician would be on site and he never came and quoted us blindly for problem he hadn't seen yet. They left us without the ability to use water in the home and at a risk for our basement flooding.

This company is working in a front yard 6 houses down from my house. They drove their excavator over everyones lawn to get to theit project destroying all of our lawns on the way. Instead of driving it on the street to the house, the person drove it on our lawns. I just spent a lot of my time and money growing grass over the past months for them to destroy. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I needed a water shut off valve replaced for under my kitchen sink. It is like $25 in parts total. They wanted to charge me $650, which is completely outrageous for like 45 minutes of work.

I called Roto Rooter on Monday morning after seeing water come up my drain while doing laundry. There was no trip fee for them to come out to look at it, unlike some other company. They sent over Chris right away that morning. Chris did a fantastic job in evaluating everything and explaining the issue at hand to me and what need to be done. He did his best to clear my drains and answer any plumbing issues I had in the home. He provided excellent service and I am happy knowing I won't have any drain blockage or water problem for awhile. This is my 2nd time using Roto Rooter. Their pricing was reasonable. I would use them again for any plumbing issue in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Still waiting on someone to take actual responsibility for a messed up main drain sewer line install. Only been installed for 6 years and failing to drain correctly. Constantly back ups in the basement. This company is a rip off. Plain and simple, they could care less about any of their work. No quality standards, extremely poor customer service and don't call us we'll call you attitude, but the never do. No response what so ever and bad warranties. Avoid them like the plauge. ??Don't let them near your home.

Our kitchen faucet started leaking so we called to see if it could be repaired. The individual that came said it could not be repaired and that it would cost $400 for labor to change it out, plus another $200 or $300 for a new faucet. $400 for 30 minutes of labor?!?!?! That is completely ridiculous.

Horrible. Nice to you in the beginning. After while you can't even reach the project manger. We had some water mitigation issues, had to reach out because fans were left on for over a week.
and response I get, ""yeah, please turn off the fans"" lack of professionalism, oversight.
