Today, I had a competitor fail and telling me he couldn't snake the drain and I would have to cut a hole in the wall and install a clean out then he could come back and jet the line (close to $800). they left after I paid them for their time ($162.90) and called Roto Rooter for a second opinion. Derrick (#4394) did a quick estimate and said he would have no problem. Within a half hour the line was clear and he cleaned up everything, even the smudges that the other guy from the other company left behind. Derrick just gained you another customer by being great at what he does.

Scheduling was good, service at house was good..... Ended up costing more than the estimate but things get uncovered as they do with houses and Brad was quick to deal with it and get the job done.

We've had a team from Roto-Rooter out cleaning our main drain for the last couple days and could not be more pleased with their service. First, Scott came to assess the situation. He made a call right away to schedule Brad the next day to turn the outlet to gain access, and to schedule Jeff the following day to snake the drain and insert the video camera. It was great to have him make the call and schedule the right people to do the job well. It went very smoothly. They were professional, skilled, pleasant to work with, came when they were scheduled to, and did not leave a mess. Scott stayed involved to ensure it all went well. We recommend them to anyone having drain problems. We are thankful to have peace of mind again. We've had the basement drain overflow before and never want to deal with that mess again!

I made an appointment online and the email confirmation was quick and easy. Received prompt service, with an on-time and polite repairman. The service was somewhat expensive for what turned out to be wrong (just a lot of hair in the drain), but it did the job. I would call again.

Scheduled for someone to come out two days prior to them actually coming. They were scheduled to come between 1PM and 5 PM I got a call at three to say they were running late and another call at 4:30 to say they had to find another technician. I ended up telling them that they should just come tomorrow morning called at 8 AM the technician did not show up until 9:30 AM. He showed up with a poor attitude and with the estimate he gave it was over $200 for less than a half hour of work. I ended up telling him he could leave and called the local company that did it for half the price and had a great technician that was a lot of fun to talk to; and even gave me tips to prevent my pipes from getting clogged again. I will never call Roto-Rooter again!!
