Jason L.All you need to know is these technicians work on commission, as stated by a former roto-rooter employee. They came to my house to diagnose my water heater twice, and claimed they needed to come a third time in order to give me a quote. They refused to schedule another visit unless I agreed to pay whatever their quote would be, which I hadn't seen yet.
John H.They responded quickly (4 hours) and got my toilet flushing again. I thought they were quite expensive ($400). I was shocked that they would send an UNVACCINATED technician to the home of a senior citizen. Poor business practice. He was a nice polite young man but UNVACCINATED!!!
