I called on a Saturday for a Tuesday appointment between 11-1. No one ever showed. Called business and they had no record of my appointment. So they scheduled someone to come between 2-4 on same day. No one showed. I had to call to ask what was going on. Ultimately I canceled everything. Poor organization. All around.

To be honest, they have an internal organization problem. Their front desk made several mistakes about the time and address. Most importantly, they even gave the conversation record between landlord and the company to tenants without even asking permission from the person who paid for the service. Very disappointed. If you have other choice, you may want to avoid this company.

Terrible company that doesn't stand behind it's work. Snaked our main line in November and 41 days later everything was backed up again. They stood behind their 30 day guarantee. When you are charging 863.57 you should at least stand behind your work for 41 days. Will never use this company again.

I would give a review about the service I received and show pictures of the job they did, but that would mean they actually did a job. We put in an order to replace my pipe in my kitchen sink because it's old and not something my husband can replace on his own. There's absolutely no threads in the pipe and it was clogged. I waited a week and a day for them to send a drain guy when what I asked for and needed was a plumber. I explained this when I made my call and what was wrong. The drain guy brought a trainee with him and proceeded to tell me what I already knew and that he couldn't do anything because he just snakes pipes. He was extremely nice. His trainee even took pictures for the actual plumber so he would know what he was going into. I then wait until Monday with no call, only to have an actual plumber show up at almost 5pm. The is not ideal because I've recently had a baby this summer. That means I have bottles to constantly clean and he's just now starting food which I make. I knew someone was coming at some point so I was able to clean what I could using buckets to dump water. This has been my situation in freezing weather for almost 2 weeks now. The plumber looks at everything and proceeds to tell me yet again what I already know and what the drain guy has confirmed. I need to have a hole cut out to get to my pipe leading to my basement and the pipe removed. Unfortunately he was not shown the pictures or stocked with the parts. This meant he couldn't do anything. He informed me he would talk to his people and I should receive a call the next day (Tuesday) for what will be a two to three hour job. I then wait all day with my baby. I also arrange to have some help with my baby, despite having two appointments. I didn't take a nap when he did and I stayed awake in my exhaustion, only to receive no call or anyone show. The next day (Wednesday) I call to see what's going on. I'm informed there is a work order put in for Friday for two hours. At this point I simply cancel due to their lack of communication. The guys working for the company were polite and informative, but the company is a joke. Having great workers does not make up for not giving them what they need to do the job. It was a waste of my time and theirs. Unfortunately the only thing I can show you is a picture of my problem and not a job done.

My ever-dripping kitchen faucet was wasting gallons of water daily; but its lines and shutoff valves were solid bricks of corrosion, so I needed more than my plug-n-play skills. After several misfires ""shopping local"" (global pandemic considered), Roto-Rooter's John and trainee Brian brought the necessary tools and competence with a topping of courtesy.

The fix was a bit pricey because my non-standard water lines needed special fittings only available several miles away; even so, John had to refresh his pipe sweating skill to make them work. These guys wasted zero time and, according to my mediocre mechanical experience, consistently made accurate assessments and decisions about my ancient and complex plumbing.

It would be silly to downgrade my rating because they arrived a bit late; after the extra time they had to spend on my unique issues, they were probably even later for the next customer. We're all unique, right?

Had a good experience the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is that the plumber was almost an hour late. Keenan fixed the issue quickly and was very professional. The price was reasonable for the work he completed. He even double checked his work and made sure there was no issues!

We were experiencing issues flushing our toilets and were concerned our septic needed to be pumped. We called Roto-Rooter, and they were absolutely great! The woman on the phone was very friendly and sent someone out within a few hours. The serviceman arrived a few minutes early, was very polite and identified the problem right away. He fixed the clogged pipe and even gave us advice on how to clean the septic filter and how much time we had left before it should be pumped. I would definitely recommend this Roto-Rooter location!

We were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with our whole experience with this company. We had a major issue where a pipe was leaking into our furnace. $10,000 later we had to replace our furnace and AC. A plumber came out and claimed it was coming from our downstairs bathroom toilet. $600 later after replacing our toilet due to a ""tank crack"", we established this wasn't the problem. The furnace workers told us the leak was still happening. They did some problem solving (which we thought a plumber would do) and realized it wasn't even that bathroom causing the problem. It was the one above it and all that needed done was a pipe replaced in the basement. We called the technician out again to fix the problem and he didn't have the parts. Which is fine, but he never called us the next 2 days to come out and finally fix the problem. At this point I called the manager due to being so upset. He stated our file got put in the wrong pile so they never called. He had no explanation for why we got charged $600 to replace a toilet and to make things right he said they'd fix the problem free of charge (I would only hope that'd be the case). He set up an appointment for us to have someone come out on Wednesday from 3-5. I came home from work to work from home to be there during this time frame. 4:45 came around and still received no call saying they'd be outside of this timeframe. I get jobs come up and take longer than expected, but given our circumstances, you'd think we'd be given at least a courtesy call alerting the time frame wouldn't be met. I called and told them not to come out due to the time being passed. It is now Thursday night and we didn't get a call from anyone to set up a new appointment to get this project done right. We are going with a different company even with the free-of-charge we were offered. We are absolutely disappointed that a reputable company would do so poorly at fixing an issue and the customer service all around was upsetting. We aren't hard to please people, but this is one of the worst experiences we have had and we will be sure to steer people from using this company in the future.

My sister had toilets backed up right after the big freeze when the plumbers were busy across the city with repairs. Roto Rooter said they'd get someone out. They were so backed up there was a delay but Charles showed up and got us back up and running in a jiffy!
