I had a major pipe break. Another company came out, being that it was to be completed as part of purchase of the home. One year later, of course after my basement filled with water and sewage, I called them out again. Gave me proposal (which now have come to 6,000 and work still not done right). Since the person who sold me, the house made this decision, it was a wrong one.
Rotor - Rooter had been to my house regarding a plumbing issue in the bathroom. Yes, one that was supposed to be fixed! Solved the problem immediately at a very reasonable price. Decided to have the plumber come out again, resolving basement and I can say everything was fixed the first time around with a 10 year guarantee. (The other company repaired the wrong pipe). Wasn't cheap but was done right the first time! I will always call on that company and the original plumber that came out for just my bathroom needs. One star is not deserving of this team.

This plumbing service works differently than most others. We've had problems with a brand new hot water heater they installed about a month ago. We've been going back and forth with them trying to get plumbers to come out. I would call to ask when someone would get here and they'd tell me I had appointment time wrong, and that it was a different day/time. I asked how that was decided because no one communicated with me and they never have an answer. This has happened three times now so clearly a pattern. I'd love to start with a more professional plumbing company but we're tied in here since they installed the hot water heater. We'll need to continue to work with them according to their schedule.
