Called at 0900 and was told that someone would arrive in two hours. At the two hour mark they called and stated that the technician was in route. Every hour they called and stated that they were in route. It was 4 hours later that we decided to cancel service with them and use a local harder working person who does not waste time or your money. I will NEVER use your serve and I will ensure that my extended family or friends NEVER use your service either. Horrible professionalism and very misleading with service time.

Terrible service, told me they could have a technician out in an hour to fix a clogged drain that's shutting the whole house water down in one way or another, called back 30 min later saying they sold a water heater job after we talked so they had to go do that first. They wouldn't finish till 9 or 10 pm and they might not make It to me tonight now... called at 5pm...

Had guest in town and found that there was a clog in my floor drain. Toilets and laundry room had backed up. I contacted RotoRooter and they sent their plumber out (Abel). Abel was very professional form the minute he walked into my home. He walked me through a quick plumbing 101 to help me understand what the issue might be. After proceeding with the rodding of the drain, he found the clog! it was flushable wipes...won't be using those again. Thanks Abel!

They were running late but kept amazing communication with me from the start. When the guy got here, he was able to unclog the toilet, and recommend a fix for the poor flushing. They honor the online pricing and are very kind.

If there was a a no star option, that's what I would pick. Called them on a Wednesday. Told them I needed someone with a camera because I've repeatedly had clogging issues. They said they couldn't give me a quote over the phone, a technician would have to come out. They came on Thursday. Bruce was super friendly, unclogged our problem but didn't have a camera with him (when it's why I called). We paid in advance for a camera because he said someone will call us to come by that Friday. Friday my wife waited at home till 1230, no call. I called them, they said nothing is scheduled but they will call me in an hr. 2.5 hrs go by, nothing. I call them again they hang up the phone on me. Call them third time, finally talked to someone just to tell me there is no technician in our area. So we set something up for Sunday. Sunday we get no call no show. I called back, someone said they will call me back to set something up for Thursday. No call back. This company is ridiculous. I don't know how they're still in business.

Appointment was made online, and tech was scheduled to show up between 8:00 AM - noon. Bruce arrived just before 2:00 pm. Once he was here, he was very efficient and got the utility run routed and working very well in less than a hour. He was accommodating and efficient. It was just unfortunate that he appeared to be over-booked.

We called Roto Rooter and the operator said that they had someone in our area and he should be there within the hour. He was here is less than half an hour! Brian, tech #1851, came in, told us the problem and fixed it in no time! He was very pleasant and very accommodating! He cleaned up any mess that he made and was done! I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone! Great company and great technicians!

I had a dream problem and Andre number 8971 came out to fix it on a Sunday which is hard to do he did a great job even though it was very dark and late at night and got my dream running clear and now I can use it whenever I want thanks to Andre has a ND re number 8971

Very disappointing experience with this company. On three separate calls the plumbers were late all three times. The previous two I had to reschedule but this last time they were 3.5 hours late to their four hour window. I had to make the phone calls to get updates instead of them updating me. Obviously they don't care about respecting their customers' time and money, and don't value customer service. When the plumber finally came after I had been waiting for almost 8 hours total, he seemed as if I was an annoyance to him. He recommended an idiotic fix to my problem on top of it all. I emailed and asked customer service to contact me via their website and heard nothing back from them. If this is how they run their business I'm surprised they're still around. Won't be recommending them and will deter anyone from even calling.

I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and it started seeping into the living room ceiling below it. Roto-rooter first sent someone to take a look at the water damage and was able to figure out with the thermal camera that there was no water. He suggested that I drill a hole and let it dry and paint over it, which I thought was honest and considerate suggestion, instead of trying to charge money for repairs.

Then they sent out Joe for looking at the actual leak. He was also very informative and helpful. He was able to fix the leak in 30 minutes or so. Gave me additional tips on the damage cleanup.

I am overall satisfied with the service, and will most likely call roto rooter for any future service
