So I was eventually contacted ad they rectified the issue with a full refund. I only wish that this was handled at the time of service instead of me having to write a review.

Called around 8:30 to get someone out to unclog our septic system main drain. Was told someone would be there between 9-11 am. Received a call about 1030 saying they were running behind. Received a second call at 1:45....tech on the way; would be here in 45 minutes. Received another call at 2:20 to say it was too dangerous to try to come out. Granted.....this was during the horrible cold weather of late December....weather conditions and roads had IMPROVED SINCE THE FIRST PHONE CALL so I don't believe the excuse. Totally trashy move to wait until so late in the day when YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WOULD BE DEALING WITH weather-wise. The fact that it's the day before Christmas Eve makes it even worse.

10/24 basically 2pm I Called and explained the situation in full. I was told a rep for plumbing and water mitigation would be sent out shortly. Chet Maxey showed up. Wonderful guy. He even thought a plumbing rep was supposed to be meeting him here. No plumber showed. I ended up calling later that evening only to be told they set me up with an appointment for Wed 10/26 (today) at 2pm. No one showed up No one called me to say no one was showing up. I am not sure if that appt for 10/26 @2pm was set up during the call or before the call made on 10/24 @ 6:22 pm. I explained to the lady on the phone how I was in a horrible situation and had already dealt with a company dragging their feet over a week(since 10/13 til 10/24) and that waiting 2 days scared me. I was afraid they would look at it and being 2pm couldn't get started plus the specialist would then have to be schedule to fix. So I was afraid it would take another week before anything was being done. I was assured repeatedly that they would be there and get it taken care of and work with insurance and that i wouldnt have to wait another week for something to be done . She was extremely kind and understanding. However either she was misinformed or the labor side of the company is the issue. After speaking with the guy about no one showing again or calling me i can only assume your labor department needs some training on communication. Not only did he talk down to me but also when my ins agent called she was talked over and dismissed rudely. I was told at 2:25 pm I would hear back from someone today after disgussing with his supervisor. It was almost 5pm when my agent called and was given the same line. Seems that employee didn't want to deal with it and is passing the buck with no intention of getting back with my agent or myself.
