If you are a delivery driver. I recommend not going to the business as a priority or your first stop if you have multiple delivery orders in hands. Go to them last because most of the time they say cash tip but in fact not tipping any. Gas price is now $4.6/gallon. You are basically losing money making deliveries to this place.

Roberto did an outstanding job, we appreciate his professional, knowledge and talents. We had a clog and I knew we need a PVC re-piping. He made a quality recommendation and we agreed on what needed to be done. He explained what we needed and associated costs. Very courteous and adhered to COVID masking and wearing shoe covers. Worked fast and efficiently and after the work was done he explained everything clearly. Great personality and answered my questions. As I was working from home he was aware that I might be on a call and asked if he could bother me when he updated. Not necessary but very polite. He had some other recommendations and paid the bill. I can't say enough about Roberto and the job he did. I hope his Supervisor reads this and understands the quality of his work. Well done and thank you. Came quick on a weekend. Didn't scare us with a giant ""this could cost thousands"" like a local emergency plumber did. Coordinated repairs with neighbor (condo building). Friendly and helpful. A+ will use again.

My husband and I called Roto Rooters In November 2019 when a pipe broke Under the cement floor in our kitchen. Roto rooter was here for one week They had a tent set up in our kitchen. They broke two tiles to get underneath the cement. They also ended up leaving boot marks on Our white floor. Grease got underneath the tarp and ruined my floor they do not want to admit it I called and spoke to the supervisor he told me he would take care of it after the holidays after the holidays he quit! Therefore roto - rooter did not stand by their word and did not fix my floor. They said their crew Did not do that. They sent out another supervisor to look at it and said no they did not do that! When they left they wiped the floor they stripped four of the tiles they looked clean and they took a picture and left. Within a day or two I had these boot markings engraved into my floor. No matter how many times I cleaned it it came back as soon as we started to walk on it. The entire rest of our Kitchen and hallway and dining area are perfect except for this area that they messed up. First he asked Asked how long we lived here? I said 15 years God bless! He said all sold the floor is wearing out! I said no just in that spot the rest of the floor is perfect. He did not know what to say after that. Other than he said it was there! If it was there they would've taken a picture of it therefore they would not be responsible for it! They lied do not use this company they are not a reputable company it cost us $6000 to fix that pipe it was not covered under our homeowners insurance which is now our old home owners insurance. I am now going to report it to the BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU because I have dealt with customer service many times with this company and they will not take responsibility! Every time I look at my kitchen floor which is every day and reminds me how much I hate Roto Rooter!!

After calling Roto Rooter for them to come out because I had water in the basement the gentleman showed up early which was great however he stayed for hours and he was unable to unclog the catch basin he then called his supervisor with the camera they quoted me a little over $7000. another company came unclog the catch basin and less than an hour later, water was gone , the drain was not stopped up. Roto rooter was being dishonest.

Stay away from this company! The state that they left my home was worst than before I called them. My toilet had a little back up. We called many plumbers they were all busy except this (should have known!). By the time they left, not only they didn't fix it, the basement was leaking and they claimed that they needed $5000 extra in addition to what they charged us for the time they spent. The first thing they do is to get you to sign the paper before they even look at anything in detail. I don't usually write reviews, but this is terrible.

I am VERY upset that we utilized your services and the state that you left my home. I felt like I was talking to a salesman instead of plumber. There is water pouring out of my pipe because your employees were negligent in replacing the cap on the main sewer pipe that he was working on, which resulted in a big inconvenience for my whole family. Plus the water is leaking around our appliances and I was told by dispatch someone will be out in the morning, this is Very unacceptable! It smells of sewage throughout my whole house.

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is horrendous. Receptionist Cheryl is the most ignorant individual I have ever had to deal with and I will go out of my way to tell anyone never to use this company
