I had roto rooter come to home cause I had sewage in one of my storage closets .
When they arrived I asked how much for them to come into my home . They said 69.00
It was an ejector pump which I was told they had one for 1000.00 or 21.000. Seriously sounds outrageous. I took the one for 1000.00.
They did the work and the bill was 2100.00.
I was confused. I was told it was 1000.00 dollars labor .
I talked to cooperate and Pati was rude . She said that's what we charge it's in our hand book. Well I don't have your hand book .
I tried to take some responsibility since I didn't ask more questions about the price . I told her I had air conditioning put in and before they did the work I had the final price . I was never told a final price and she also was rude and cut me off saying they were not an air conditioner company .
I get that I was trying to make a point about letting the costumer know what they were being charged before they the start the work .
Guess it was not in there rule book kill them with kindness cause she did not .
I tried to take some blame since I didn't ask but she wasn't having it .

Never will I ever call them again. Shane on them for charging that much . It took him no time to put it in and I did all the clean up

Service was good. However when I originally called the call taker said someone would be out within the hour. Received a call back and had to wait the next morning. Price was a little high, 600.00, but went with the service anyways. Also was told that my kitchen plumbing was wrong, and it would be 1100.00 to fix, declined, called a friend and he helped me over the phone, cost me 100.00 in parts.

Dishonest Plumbing Company . Dishonest Unethical Plumbers are Hired here. Stay away because they will lie about the issue to swindle you to make thousands of dollars worth of REPAIRS you may never need. When my Sump Pump was working perfectly fine I was NOT informed that everything is Ok and good but instead scared to believe the fact that the entire Sump pump was damaged and needed replacement. I was handed a huge recommendation Charge for having it done that would cost me over four thousand dollars. Has been a year now and Not needed any of such repairs and Sump Pump is not had any issues till this day, knock on the Wood. But you may think why did I call Roto Rooter in the first Place to begin with ? It was because of a Gullible Family member that though sump pump was making a sound when spitting out water needed to be checked. So instead of ROTO ROOTER Plumber saying the Truth that it is fine lied and left a huge Dollars amount worth of expense to repair it instead.

Absolutely do not use this company! We used them 2 years ago and we are still paying the consequences. They did a horrible job on our sewer then but we know even more the terrible job now that other companies have come and assessed their work. First they dug and destroyed our yard for 2 days because they did not use the proper equipment to locate the pipe. Then they found the pipe and increased the price by double. They finally dug in the right spot and replaced our pipe with now we know a poor connection. (We have to have it cleaned out by another company 2 years later and they said the workmanship was very poor and may need to be replaced). This was supposed to be a lifetime replacement from clay pipes to PVC but now will have to be replaced again.) They also just stuck the rain gutters in the ground next to the foundation. Our basement flooded the day after they left because the rain gutters didn't have an outlet. When I questioned their placement they said it would help the dirt settle. They left huge piles of dirt that was mixed with concrete, trash and debris in our driveway. They would also just drop off temporary workers that were clearly not invested employees who would be calling them back to pick them up because they did not have the proper equipment. Honestly, it was so bad but we had to pay different increments up front so we felt stuck. I hope someone will benefit from our warning and just wait for a more honest company even if you have an emergency. They were quick to respond to us but now I know why.

Our sewer started to back up, and I was able to make a call super late at night to get an appointment first thing in the morning. Edin arrived early and listened carefully about my situation. Right away, he was able to walk me through what was the issue, which was because we have a tree so close to the property. He explained the process and warranty. Then he got right to work and checked in to make sure the job was done correctly. He is a life saver. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge on this issue. Super nice guy as well. Looking forward to having this company be my go to for continued maintenance.

So we called to have a quote done to adjust plumbing under new kitchen sink, install faucets and put in a garbage disposal. We have disposal and faucet for them. His quote was $1150, which seemed really high. He said $600 of it was for faucet install, which is way high. It's an easy faucet. Then he said ok how much do you want to pay? Red flag.

I tried to scheduled an appointment for a sewer scope. I called 4x and each time they said someone would call me back to give me a time, and no one ever called back. The day the scope was to happen, they gave me a 12-4pm window. When I called to check back in, they said the tech wouldn't make it until after 4:00pm. This was for a real estate transaction , so we only had access to the home at certain times, huge inconvenience. Today when I called to discuss the issue and try to reschedule they said there was no record of any person having been assigned to our job, they then placed me on hold and didn't come back. Incredibly unprofessional.

First time home-owner experiencing backup. This company was pricey but they got the job done with no hidden fees afterwards. We contacted them at 9am and they showed up at 11. He was out by 2. Finad (I think was his name) was able to locate our access point right away. He cleared the roots in the main sewer line. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He brought someone out with a camera so we could determine the main cause. We did pay $648 for the service which we expected to pay $300-$400 but it was an emergency. Thank you

worst customer service ever! i regret calling them for the service! i would never ever recommend to anyone! so i called them on 01/02/2022 for kitchen sink drainage they did their work but not effectively and eventually have to called them back. now they want me to pay for it again. which is the third time and the problem is still not fixed. and their dispatcher told rudely to me theyre not going to send anyone for the service.

I had the same experience as Doug in another review in October of 2021. The tech wanted me to pay 600 just for coming out to my elderly mom's home. When I said no, he's like how about 300. Begrudgingly, I said ok. At the end he said, I don't think I'm happy with the result. He was aggressive too and I wish my husband was there. You have other options. These people don't care.
