Needed water to my fridge shut off and I couldn't find the valve. Called roto rooter and they told me they would be out the following day 8am-1pm. They called the next day to say they were running late. Then they called again saying the couldn't see me today and I would be the first stop the next day. The next day comes and no one shows. They call at 5:30pm and tell me they can't see me that day either. I canceled and will take my business was elsewear. Will never use this company again. If you are too busy to see me just say so, don't keep breaking commitments.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. A simple garbage disposal hook up was $755, that is highway robbery! They never showed up the day they were scheduled and then when they came the following day they charged $1000 for 2 hours of simple basic plumbing. Spoke to home office and they simply stated that $755 is their flat national rate to install a garbage disposal... disgraceful.

the fucking worst company to call for any drain/sewer problem. they will fuck you over and steal your money. they are doing it it me now. saturday emergency call to ""clear"" my backed up sewer line. snaked a couple times and ""popped"" a hole through so when sewage receded, i was told it is ""clear"" and ""good to go"". two days later it backed up again. they did not do what was needed but charged me over $600 to ""pop"" a hole through the roots. stupid mother fuckers. they should have just came and did the root cleaning instead of the $600 snake, followed by the ""you should get the camera feed"" for another $300 and then clean the actual roots for $1,200 more...so they actually wanted over $2,000 fucking dollars. i got the money rolled up, wrapped in some tree roots, to shove it up your ass roto-rooter. go fuck yourself.

Had an appointment 2-4 confirmed day off. At 4pm didn't hear anything so I called they said they are a bit behind schedule. I called again at 5:30 and they didn't know when they could send someone, and eventually gave up at 6:40. All times I called they acted like they were a bit behind schedule and it was nothing out of the ordinary, even being multiple hours late.

Left work early for my 4-6 appointment. Never showed up. Called at 545 and got rudest person ever. Zero help. Clearly do not value my time

Will be calling another business tomorrow.

Worst service ever !!! I called and scheduled an app for a sat from 12 to 4 I waited all day just to be informed an hr before my window closed for them to come out they no longer offer this service I inquired about and when I asked why wasn't I told this when I first called they just replied with im sorry but what do u want me to do !! All employees should be informed of what services they provide instead of wasting customers valuable time !!!

I received service from Roto Rooter to getting sewer rodding done. I was given a two hour time frame when I initially called. Two hours later, I received a phone call that the technician was running behind schedule. The technician said it would be 400 hundred dollars for an outdoor rodding service when he came. We came to agreement to a lower price that would include both the rodding service and for camera inspection a couple days later included in that price. The technician mentioned I would hear from Roto Rooter a day or two later regarding the camera inspection...I never heard back, so I called the following week to get a status update.

When I called to get an update, the dispatcher not only raised her voice at me and argued with me, but also hung up on me without listening to the full story!! They were going to charge me an extra couple hundred dollars to have someone come do the camera inspection. I told the dispatcher that is not what I was told and what was written on the paper. I also have video proof of the conversation through our doorbell with the technician stating the camera inspection was included in the price.

I had to call back off a different number for them to answer and speak with management. The manager was not willing to listen to the story of what happened, but instead was defending the employees while also being rude. What kind of company allows their employees to speak rudely and raise their voices at the customers and hang up on them. She said she does not allow customers to raise their voice at employees, but was okay with the employees raising their voice at me and hanging up. What kind of training and service is that!! It was very rude and disrespectful.

I DO NOT plan on using this company ever again. They try to scam you out of money for a service that won't take long, while being rude and disrespectful. Like other reviewers have mentioned, there are other companies providing higher quality services at a lower price, who have better customer services skills than the employees at Roto Rooter. It is unbelievable they allow their employees to talk like this to customers. Never using them again!

These folks are unbelievable. Only good thing is they came out about when they said they would.

$640 to snake the drains!!! I called another company in the area, $200.

But they did offer a 6 month warranty. If you believe they'll snake your drain for free within 6 months, you deserve to be ripped off.

Wow. The only positive reviews are from the same script where they list employee name and #.
Paid about the same as everyone else- $585 to get our main snaked. Nearly every review, regardless of the project, pays in the $500s.
Roto Rooter was done in about 15 minutes saying the job was completed and said his boss was coming w/ the camera for a complimentary scoping. The water in the clean-out had receded. and we handed him his check.
Boss comes, scopes it, and says the clog remains. We need to pay $7700 to excavate and remove sewer line. Does the ole FeldCo hard sale, pay now and we can have someone out next day (before the storms hit).
We complained that his employee had taken our money and not done anything which he offered to take off the sewer line tab. Would not refund despite their guarantee.
Had another company come by and paid $350 and problem was resolved.
This is their business plan, people. Charge $585 whether to rod or pull hair out of a P-trap.
The employees that work there are rejects from Lincoln Towing. Here's my new script for their Yelp reviews: Eraldi (#3963) and Tony are lumps of human excrement for participating in this outright fraud.
