The kitchen sink was clogged so I called them.
They used snake to unclog the pipe.
The first time, it didn't work.
The second time, the cable broke due to the end being rusty
The third time, finally worked but I was charged a 30 minutes overtime.
I think it could have been done in an hour
Plus they just threw the broken cable outside of the door, I had to trash it myself.
Cindy B.Had seven pipes burst during the February freeze. Royce was out several times to get the problem solved. Kelly you're the Man! Thanks for your help and concern. Wasn't cheap, but worth every penny. Great job.
James from Roto-Rooter showed up just a few hours after calling the office about a drainage problem I was having. He was prompt, honest and upfront, professional, knowledgeable and did an awesome job.
I know who I'm calling next time I have any problems.
Lynelle Z.I called to get an estimate and expected it to be a day or two before someone would be out and was amazed when the young lady offered to have someone come out today! Within a few hours the gentleman was here and was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it right away. Tech 907 provided exceptional service and did a great job resolving the issue. Excellent customer service all around and would highly recommend.
Kaley H.We just had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Robert Simmons for a small kitchen plumbing issue. He was not only able to come out for assistance in a timely manner, but he was also very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We will definitely be using Roto-Rooter, and requesting Mr. Simmons, for our future plumbing needs :)
Had them come out to our house, built in 1954, for a basement drain backing up. The man came in 'cleared' it and left all within 30 minutes. Thinking that was quick and great we didn't think about it again until 2 weeks later it backed up again. Since they offer a 'warranty' on their services we called them again and had them come out. They reminded us that if they found anything other than what they found the first time they would have to charge us. After the tech being there for over an hour told us that he would have to charge us another 300 to run more line and other things.. Apparently the first time a tech was out he didn't run the line far enough so it was never really fixed the first time. He then proceed to explain to us that to completely fix the problem they would need to do an estimate that would cost in the ball park of $300 to $500. (which I have NEVER been charged for a estimate before). He believed that the real fix would cost somewhere between $10,000 and $15,000 to completely re-do our line out to the tap. After getting a second opinion we found out that there was NOTHING wrong with our line there was just tree roots growing in them and there was no need for a $10,000 fix not to mention their HORRIBLE customer service!! Needless to say I will NEVER use them again. Say as far away from them as you can!
While I was installing replacement drinking water filters I bumped the old sink chrome drain. Because it was so corroded on the inside it just fell apart. At that time I could see that the drain needed a good cleaning. I called Roto-Rooter & they arrived with in one hour. Antonio the technician was very congenial. He cleaned the drain & replaced any & all parts to make sure that there were no leaks. It was close to just one & one half hours from the time I called to the time Antonio finished. I have used Roto-Rooter for cleaning drains to installing sump pumps & total drain lines. On every occasion the have done a professional job with a personal touch.
James came out late on Friday and got the drain clear - 137' out.
Very pleased with his service, information and help!
For my Columbia, MO house, I used the Jefferson City-based franchise group, and Derrick arrived when scheduled as an emergency. The work was superior and price fair for the work performed late on a week-end.
I've been using them for ten years. In the past 2-3 years their prices have skyrocketed (on he order of 50% increase), at least for routine maintenance that I use them for, and I will likely be looking for a lower priced alternative for this service. However, they are efficient and friendly, do a good job, and and I have no complaints about their service.
