The technician was condescending and kind of creepy. He asked where my boss was (meaning my male partner), asked several times where my partner was and when he was getting back, and made a point to tell me I was a funny girl every time I spoke. Just a little strange and uncomfortable for a service that should be pretty straightforward.

The plumbers completely saved us from flooding. They came out in the midst of a downpour. I had called three other plumbing firms before Roto Rooter and no one could come out. Roto Rooter came out in two hours and were very professional. The quality of their work was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. I am so grateful for their help.

My rating is a zero. We were misled about what services you provide. We needed a mold inspection for our home and waited over a week for an appointment. The morning of the appointment the technician called and asked can she come early. We were not ready and we asked is this for the mold inspection? She replied we don't do mold inspections we just tell you how to get rid of mold. We were told by Pat S that yes we do mold inspections and we have that in a text from them to verify.
