I noticed water coming out of a drain in our basement. Called Roto-Rooter at 1:00 pm. By 2:00, the drain was being unclogged by a technician. The technician explained to me what the problem was with the drain, removed the clog, and then showed me the fixed drain (running water through it). They explained to me that there is a 6 month guarantee on the drains that were unclogged. Wonderful service!

Roto-Rooter didn't hesitate to have someone over (after hours) as soon as they could. We were pleased with how quickly they responded.

For the most part, our property was well took care of and the gentleman walked us through the process of the services we would be receiving.

My only complaint is that the gentleman did not have booties on his shoes (probably forgot) while running the snake through our pipes. He stood in sewage then later proceeded to walk up the carpeted stairs in his soaked shoes... We don't wear shoes in the house, so the carpet (which was clean and not damaged by the backed up pipe) was now contaminated and needed to be cleaned/replaced.

Main drain. Called at 8AM resolved by 9:30 AM. 1st let me preface my review by saying I have over 30 yrs experience as a telephoneman. In and out of a variety of houses,neighborhoods, and 1,000's of people over the yrs. I know a bit about working in a persons home. The Roto-rooter guy's name was Steve. He was very professional, and friendly. Very respectful of me and my property. He informed me of all the factors involved in the cause of my plug, (tree roots..lucky me), and how to prevent a repeat of the trouble. I will gladly recommend these guys to anyone,anytime. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! The receptionist was also very nice and quite pleasant to speak to. Super job folks!

Plumber was very nice and professional. Took care of my clogged drain within 30 minutes and left the area clean when he left. Was a bit pricier than the other companies, but they couldn't come the same day.

We had a clogged garbage disposal. I made an appointment online with Roto-Rooter. They confirmed right away with a message that a technician would arrive around 8 the next morning. We got a call about 30 minutes ahead of the appointment that he was on the way. Matt Robb arrived on time and fixed the problem in a few minutes. He was very professional and courteous. It was a very pleasant experience and surprisingly easy.
