We had some major rain storms a few weeks ago and my basement flooded. It was on a weekend, so of course the prices were high everywhere. I called at least five or six places and everyone told me they could not get to me till the day after or worse. They came out and fixed my problem and really late in the evening. It was 10 o'clock when they finally showed up. The technician was fantastic. I'm only giving them a four because the last time we had them out the technician was horrible. I was hesitant to call them back, but I'm glad I did.

They tried to scam our insurance and are now trying to get us to pay nearly $2,000. They did not fix the leak as requested and refused to respond to any requests to discuss our bill. They sent our bill to a collection agency rather than return our calls.

Roto-Rooter technicians broke this piece of equipment off in our line and said nothing! Told us our drain issue was a problem with the city. We paid them $444 to tell us that. We then paid $400 for the city to put a camera down the drain to find their broken part. Roto-Rooter refuses to reimburse our money we're out!
