Jennifer S.I choose this company because they advertise 24/7 emergency service. I called on Saturday because I had a leak from my water heater. They could not send anyone until Sunday between 8-12pm. Good thing my leak was not that severe. Tech comes on Sunday. I show him the tank and tell him the problem. He doesn't even approach the tank or look at the tank. Says he can't do anything until tomorrow and quotes a price to replace it. Why couldn't they have said that on the phone yesterday? This was a waist of my time and worry.
