I want to take back my view that I did back in September 2020. It was a very long day my whole bathroom just gotten flooded I couldn't take a bathe so we call Roto-Rooter.So Eric tech guy came over to my home and started to work on my drain. So he told me before he starts this is how much it cost $450.00 and if he needs to cut a pipe it's extra $20. So he proceeded to clean out my drain when he was done he ask me if I wanted to do a review for him he'll gave me off $50.00 I said okay and I did because I please that he took care of problem. So I ask him if this came with warranty because $450.00 is a lot of money. He said yes my husband was standing next to me when he said that. He was writing up the invoice while talking to me. He said tomorrow there going to send another tech guy to look though the camera and see if my pipes was damage then cannot but if it's good and gets back up he'll come and cleaned out for 3 months. Now I call back to find out that Eric went back to the Mainland ask to see if they could come out because it back flow again! They said I was going to be charged again another $450.00 I said no try to explain to them she said there going email office and let me know Guess what no response bad bad customer service I just want to say when you are told by someone that works for your company you should by your word.

I tried contacting local small business plumbers to take care of my clogged kitchen sink. All of those I contacted were not able to come out at all or would come out in the evening. I couldn't wait all day, so, reluctantly, I called Roto Rooter. I was afraid that a large, mainland company would be overpriced and too busy for my small job. Boy was I wrong! Tech Kawika was at my home in 45 minutes and job was done quick. Very satisfied.

I was so upset when my shower backed up and nothing could get the gross water to go down! I called Roto-Rooter and they quickly sent Joseph to my high rise. Joseph was very knowledgeable and helped me by snaking my kitchen sink which he knew connected to where my shower drained! I'm so grateful for the speedy, efficient and quality service provided! Four stars because I have yet to have my lines scoped with a camera. My father and I spent most of the day snaking our main plumbing line from the house. At one point we thought it was cleared only to have the laundry water backup into the bathroom. We called Roto- Rooter, reached a call center thousands of miles away. Was connected with Rance who made the 30 minute drive into the country to rescue us. Rance was patient explaining everything to my half-inebriated father. An hour later and 100feet of snaking and we're clearing. Everything running smoothly. It was a bit costly but what can you expect on a Sunday evening. I highly recommend Rance.

Due to error with Sears repairman working on our refrigerator, waterline got disconnected and flooded our flooring. Sears repairman called Roto Rooter since we didn't have a plumber to call immediately. They came and repaired waterline, and ran equipment to dehumidify floor that got flooded. Well this took 4-days. Project manager demanded and forcefully tried to get us to give them our credit card before job was completed. Told them I would not give credit card until job completed and I receive an invoice along with pictures. So a week later they emailed invoice and demanded that we pay by end of day. Wanted time to look over invoice and would call back with payment. Got busy at work and then next morning they called and told us if we didn't pay today, they would send us to collectors. Didn't completely understand all the charges on our invoice but ended up just paying for invoice. After paying invoice, invoice was reviewed by someone who came to check our damages and noticed we got billed for equipment service that they did not provide. If this person didn't notice this we would have never known we were being billed for this service which costed $330! I do not recommend using Roto Rooter, as they are not a very trustworthy company and have forceful bully type project managers.

Give company credit for polite service on phone. Quoted thousands of dollars for repairs without willing to investigate further than camera equipment. Run from this company if you have plumbing issues! Complete scam!

I highly recommend Roto Rooter Kapolei. They do honest work and go over all possible options to resolve your issue at the lowest cost possible. They were also the only company we called that didn't charge a dispatch fee on the weekend just to look at the problem. A very BIG MAHALO to Curtis and Matt who serviced our home on a late Saturday. They solved our plumbing issue, which required them to go back to their office to get other equipment, but they did not charge us for this! We're so grateful companies such as Roto Rooter still exist that don't just look at profits but really want to help Ohana.

I was quoted service within an hour. It is now 3 hours since I made that call. I just received a call saying that a technician will call within 30 minutes. We'll see what happens as I was told someone would call me within 45 minutes 90 minutes ago!
