3-20-2021 The awakening from a high pitched sound coming in the middle of the night for days was worse than a mosquito buzzing in your ear. The sound was coming from the toilet's fill up valve in the tank. I finally gave in since that piercing sound kept ringing in my ear even after I flushed the toilet to stop it. For fear of eventually becoming deaf and more sleepless nites I gave Roto Rooter a call at 5:33 a.m. That dreadful continuous blaring went off at 11:58 p.m. last night and again at 3:02 a.m. this morning. I also informed Floyd that the upstairs shower was leaking. Process: Call made to Floyd, Call center Call made from Debbie saying plumber would be arriving in about 30 minutes. Eddie arrived and said the shower system was too fancy and they don't touch it and they don't make shower renovations. However he gave a quote for repairing the toilet problem and began once I said can you start? Hats off to a professional as he was done before I had even selected a show to watch on Netflix. Hopefully from tonite on I'll get a good night's rest. I'll tackle the shower leak another day. Let the weekend begin. Eddie arrived

Very poor, unprofessional. In short, tech broke their Snake in our drain, then made up some 'fake stories' and said that it would cost $500 per hour and needed 2 people taking one hour to get it out, after they had already charged my credit card to the tune of $580! - possible additional cost $1,000. I said it was THEIR equipment and that they should remove it. They said we will ""if you pay"". End Result, I called ANOTHER plumber that got it out by himself and charged $267 to get RotoRooter's snake removed! Do not use ROTO-ROOTER for your plumbing needs, or you will get shafted!

My kitchen sink clogged before a dinner party, so I needed help fast. Sam Wilson or Roto-Rooter was out quickly. He was very friendly and got the drain running - something I tried to fix twice with my snake, but was unsuccessful.

These guys have no concept of customer service. Typical we are trying to help you attitude. Called this location on a Friday they said they did have an opening on Sat morning. Be mindful that they will give you a 3 HOUR window to sit around and WAIT for them, on a weekend. They Dispatch all their work through a ""dispatcher"", and this guy is a piece of work, Mr. Personality. After listening and speaking with this clown I was over trying to get anything done with them. I just called and cancelled my appointment. You can find better local service in the area. IMHO. If this is the level of ""customer service"" than imagine what they will try and take you for. Buy local and steer clear of the chain services.

I called Friday early afternoon and was connected to central service center and in a couple hours, I was already dispatched to a local number and was informed that someone would be at my house in 45 minutes. Awesome communication! Joe, the plumber, was very informative, helpful, and considerate. Even though I thought the labor was pretty expensive, his knowledge and efficient work was worth every penny I paid. Will definitely call Roto Rooter if any unforeseen plumbing issues ever happen again, and will also recommend to others as well. Thank you!
