The plumber arrived and immediately began checking my faucet, tub and toilet to determine the source of the clog. The plumber Stefan used a snake and explained that if the snake couldn't remove the clog, then the removal of my toilet would be the next step.Although a little pricey, the culprit aka a toy was discovered, removed and life as I know it is back to normal.

I needed some work done quick and this company was able to come out and take care of it. The guy that came out took a look at my home and started throwing out outrageous prices for work sooo I just shut up and focused on what I needed done at the moment. Which was a sinkhole pipe that extended outside cut a capped. He quoted me 200$ I smiled and said ok. Took about 5 min. So he wrote bill up and I mentioned that the office told me if I gave 2 can goods it would take 75$ off my bill. The gentlemen looked shocked that I knew anything about this. He explained to me that this didn't qualify for that if he had done a major job like a toilet or PRV it could apply which he told me cost (PRV 900$) hmmm. So I said ok and paid him. I was curious so I called the main office and they explained to me that the work I had done did qualify there were not sure why he said that . I was told they would contact him and find out why and I would receive w call back. So when I gat the call back I was told he explained that the job was really almost 400$ and he took off the 75$ that's why it was 200$. So my response was that he was lying first why is the total not on receipt showing the 75$ deduction. Second why explain to me that my job did not qualify for the 75$ off. Then you make up such a lie when none of the paperwork or conversation match. Is sad that some companies have employees with no honesty and integrity. I will never use this company again and hopefully anyone reading this will it either. I would like to say thank you to the office manager Darlene for her professionalism and great customer service.

They responded immediately for initial assessment. They came out and completed the job but destroyed my irrigation system and severed internet lines while repairing the main water line to m home. After ob completed I called to report that the downspout on the house was now spewing water which it wasn't doing previously. I text and left a message for the tech with no response. Now that they have my funds for the """"repair"""" they won't respond to correct a new issue their tech has created.
