If I can negative stars about this company I would. This will now be the third time I have had to have someone come out for the same issue. After speaking with a manager who reassured me he would send someone more experienced, I have had to wait all weekend for someone to come out. I have talked to multiple managers and when I requested a call back.... NOTHING!!! This is not how you treat your customers. They could care less.

Kitchen sink and dishwasher were backing up in the kitchen. We were having a party the next day. Called Roto Rooter they were out within the hour on a Saturday in the rain. Nick was our plumber. He was able to identify the problem immediately, and quoted us a price to fix it which was very reasonable. As he was doing the work he was educating us on the plumbing system and also what to use for maintenance which Roto Rooter had the correct supplies for this issue. He was very professional, kept a clean worksite and cleaned up after himself. This was not the first time we had used them. We had a big back up in our master bath in the bathroom and they came out 11:30 at night to help us with a smile on his face. If you need fast acting, professional, and happy plumbers give them a call. They will not disappoint. Thank you, Sue

Wasted of Time - I made an appointment with them, they gave me a 4 hour time window (8-12), called near the end saying would be shortly thereafter, then at 3:30 said they can't make it. Stayed home the whole day. Wasted my time and I could have had a locally owned plumbing company do the work. Called a local one, they came out at the exact time they said, no 1/2 day window to waste.

Rip off. Sky high pricing. Call anybody else but Roto Rooter. Compare pricing with a smaller company. Their pricing should be illegal because 90 percent of the time you're calling them in an emergency and they know you're desperate!

Best plumbing service we ever received. Joshua M was very quick to identify the problem of our leaking outdoor water supply line. He designed a fix and left us in better shape than the builder's plumbing contractor by installing a heavier duty cut off valve and more durable pipe. Thanks for the great, reasonably priced service!

The first time the sent out someone who was unqualified to do the estimate/job. Neither me or my boyfriend could not understand what he was saying due to language barriers. He said the estimators will be in touch and never called. I contacted them and made another appointment and they were a no show. In addition a dispatch woman lied about calling me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Let's all sing the jingle: Call Roto Rooter they'll waste your day and you can throw all your cash away!

I called to get an estimate pon snaking out the roots from the sewer pipe. I was informed that the sewer pipe was backed up and that it would cost 397.00 to clear it out. I explained I could not afford that and he went to his truck and when he came back he said 300.00 and I would get a free camera inspection free. I asked if I would get a copy of the video and he said yes! I agreed to this price since it included the free camera scan. I said I did not get home until after 3 and the tech said he would put it in for after 3. The next day I recieved a call at 11:35AM telling me the camera tech would be tere in 30 monutes. I told the girl on the phone that I could not be there because I told the tech I would not be home until after 3. She said there was noting noted and that was the only time slot available. They then agreed to let my neighbor be there in my place. Just after 5PM on 04/16/2021 from the camera guy who wanted my email so he could send me the video. He ckept getting my email wrong I had to tell him 3 times. He said he would send it right away. I waited until the next day and then called the Clearwater office. They took my email again and said thet would conbtact the guy that took te video and have him send it. I waited until today 04/19/2021 and still no video. I called Clearwater again and they informed me that my request had to be approved by the iffice and tranaferred me to the Tampa office. I explained my situation to this exptremely rude person and she said I would have to pay to get the video! I THEN SAID YOUR GOINGF TO MAKE ME PAY FOR WHAT I WAS TOLD WOULD BE FREE? She then said YES and it would be 500.00 to get it. I explained that I was told it would be free and the camera guy said he was goiung to send me the video on 04/15/2021. She then so rudely said that I didn't get rhe extensive camera just a verification that the issue was resolved(wgicj is was not)! I told her it was deceptive in what I was told and what I am now being told. No one called to tell me any of this information and this is bait and switch!

This company is a complete rip off. I'm not even sure their technicians are certified plumbers. They quoted $650 to do a routine residential drain cleaning. I threw them out. The next day, a veteran Tampa plumber charged $125 to perform the same service. Perfect result. Moreover, Roto Rooter tried to sell me a jug of $65 """"drain cleaner, """" which I also declined. Beware this company.
