Responded quickly. But exaggerated the transit needed that was not urgent. Ram bill up 11k no exaggeration. All I needed was to clear the line with the snake. I was terribly upset disappointed and nervous. The crew was very polite but I feeling I was scammed. After declining to 11 k. It came to 2 k. Still ridiculous. Very disappointing and I feel like a victim.

Our overall experience was not great. A technician by the name Richard changed the price of services three times during the service from $1500 to $625 and once agreed upon at this price, came back again and said it would now be $685, but would honor a $20 credit if we left a survey. It this wasn't an emergency, I would have declined entirely as this is not the way to do business. I would not recommend this company.
