Roto-Rooter in Daytona charged us, senior citizens, $235 which included $51 in parts and ONLY fifteen minutes of labor to replace a toilet flapper workings due to a leak. From the time we called for service, it only took the man 20 minutes to arrive which was appreciated but shows he did nit have to travel a long distance. The manager was cold and very unsympathetic especially that she was the wife of the plumbing supervisor. According to her they are in line with other plumbers but she is sorely wrong--some plumbers are fair and honest. DON'T call this company fir any kind if plumbing unless you want to be held up financially. Until my husband got Parkinsons, he always changed these toilet workings himself, so it does not require a genius. Do yourself a favor and call a plumber that is nit exhorbitant and fair!

We brought a 40 gal water heater. We called Roto- Rooter he came out gave us a quote of $700 at a residential. After he was done he charged us $ 844 . $144 more then he quoted. The service technician Joey claimed our place is commercial property. We told him this is a residential condo . You couldn't live in a commercial building . Bait and switch.

These people will rip you off!!!! For 1.5 hours of work - not even, Roto-Rooter fixed 2 leaky facets and a clogged drain. I received an invoice and credit card charge of $725.00 for services rendered. I am outraged! $725.00 for two leaky facets and a clogged drain!! Seriously!!!!!!! This invoice indicates $33.00 for kitchen sink facet parts and $234.00 in labor; $33.00 for bathroom facet parts and $235.00 in labor and $190.00 in labor for the shower. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Never, Never, Never hire Roto-Rooter in Port Orange, Fl.

Had a great experience, our shower drain was clogged with grout as we had just had it retiiled. They came within an hour and got it working, it was Friday afternoon and I was worried we would have to wait until Monday, could not ask for more.

I have a large commercial property in Holly Hill that Roto Rooter takes care of. There are over 20 services at this location and they keep everything working very very well. They come almost immediately, see it through to completion and are efficient and clean up after they are done. I give Roto Rooter the highest recommendation---there is no need to call anyone else---call Roto Rooter and you will have your problems solved---big or small

Not for the first time, we had a drain line back and as usual, I called Roto-Rooter. They were here within the hour and after a few minutes, the drain line was cleaned out and working fine. I usually ask for John who is a super guy and does very professional work. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we call this company and I strongly recommend them.

It took nearly 3 weeks to get in touch with someone. I put in requests online three times. When I tried to contact the local office I was hung up on. The customer service representative that I spoke with initially was not very friendly. However when I called back and spoke with somebody who was a lot nicer. They were able to get somebody out the same day. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him as a plumber. The prices seemed High just to have something unclogged from the toilet. However since he was a veteran we did not hesitate to give him the money.

I have found a great plumber! Did you know that Roto-Rooter services include not just drain cleaning, but full service plumbing? I didn't until today, but they provide fantastic service. There was a plumber at my house within one hour of my call. He was very professional; he know exactly what needed to be done to fix my problem. He was also very honest, unlike my former regular plumber who tried to sell me a new water heater that I didn't need. For prompt, reliable service at a reasonable price I highly recommend this company!
