Call to schedule an appointment the next following day they were there on time and very efficient. They came to clean out a clogged drain and it ended up being more of a problem than we first thought they worked all day and finally got it cleaned out they did a very good job and I would use them again.

I hate all the FAKE REVIEWS on other sites, so this is real. The plumber was at my address for about two hours. In that time he cleared my sewer line and ran a cool video camera down the line and was able to show me exactly where a break in the pipe was so I repaired that. He used some very expensive equipment and I don't begrudge them for charging for the use of it, but I didn't want to buy it!!

Roto-Rooter in Daytona charged us, senior citizens, $235 which included $51 in parts and ONLY fifteen minutes of labor to replace a toilet flapper workings due to a leak. From the time we called for service, it only took the man 20 minutes to arrive which was appreciated but shows he did nit have to travel a long distance. The manager was cold and very unsympathetic especially that she was the wife of the plumbing supervisor. According to her they are in line with other plumbers but she is sorely wrong--some plumbers are fair and honest. DON'T call this company fir any kind if plumbing unless you want to be held up financially. Until my husband got Parkinsons, he always changed these toilet workings himself, so it does not require a genius. Do yourself a favor and call a plumber that is nit exhorbitant and fair!

Called the company at 10am and received a call from Chris within 2 hours and told me he was on his way. Chris was efficient, very knowledgeable and explained to me everything he had done. Would highly recommend this company.

We brought a 40 gal water heater. We called Roto- Rooter he came out gave us a quote of $700 at a residential. After he was done he charged us $ 844 . $144 more then he quoted. The service technician Joey claimed our place is commercial property. We told him this is a residential condo . You couldn't live in a commercial building . Bait and switch.

My experience started when I was showering and the water started collecting so I knew something was weird. Then I found water on the floor in the second bathroom and dirty water coming up through the drain in the bathtub. My sister in law told me to call Rotorooter, so I did. They said someone would be at my house soon. 20 minutes later Dan, who was knowledgeable and courteous,showed up and snaked the line outside. I was amazed at how quickly this all happened.I was expecting to wait a lot longer. Everything was back to normal in less than an hour. I recommend Rotorooter to anyone who has plumbing problems.

We used them for plumbing and not for a drain issue. The plumber was very nice but not experienced at all. A toilet was installed 4 inches from the wall and we were told this was because of code. Couldn't install the pedestal sink we wanted. Took twice the time they said it would. Very expensive. Don't use them for plumbing.

These people will rip you off!!!! For 1.5 hours of work - not even, Roto-Rooter fixed 2 leaky facets and a clogged drain. I received an invoice and credit card charge of $725.00 for services rendered. I am outraged! $725.00 for two leaky facets and a clogged drain!! Seriously!!!!!!! This invoice indicates $33.00 for kitchen sink facet parts and $234.00 in labor; $33.00 for bathroom facet parts and $235.00 in labor and $190.00 in labor for the shower. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Never, Never, Never hire Roto-Rooter in Port Orange, Fl.
