We brought a 40 gal water heater. We called Roto- Rooter he came out gave us a quote of $700 at a residential. After he was done he charged us $ 844 . $144 more then he quoted. The service technician Joey claimed our place is commercial property. We told him this is a residential condo . You couldn't live in a commercial building . Bait and switch.

My experience started when I was showering and the water started collecting so I knew something was weird. Then I found water on the floor in the second bathroom and dirty water coming up through the drain in the bathtub. My sister in law told me to call Rotorooter, so I did. They said someone would be at my house soon. 20 minutes later Dan, who was knowledgeable and courteous,showed up and snaked the line outside. I was amazed at how quickly this all happened.I was expecting to wait a lot longer. Everything was back to normal in less than an hour. I recommend Rotorooter to anyone who has plumbing problems.

We used them for plumbing and not for a drain issue. The plumber was very nice but not experienced at all. A toilet was installed 4 inches from the wall and we were told this was because of code. Couldn't install the pedestal sink we wanted. Took twice the time they said it would. Very expensive. Don't use them for plumbing.

These people will rip you off!!!! For 1.5 hours of work - not even, Roto-Rooter fixed 2 leaky facets and a clogged drain. I received an invoice and credit card charge of $725.00 for services rendered. I am outraged! $725.00 for two leaky facets and a clogged drain!! Seriously!!!!!!! This invoice indicates $33.00 for kitchen sink facet parts and $234.00 in labor; $33.00 for bathroom facet parts and $235.00 in labor and $190.00 in labor for the shower. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Never, Never, Never hire Roto-Rooter in Port Orange, Fl.

After a little scheduling mix up, I was given immediate service after a sincere explanation and apology. The technician that came out to the house was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was even educated because I had some odd questions and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing and septic needs!

I have a large commercial property in Holly Hill that Roto Rooter takes care of. There are over 20 services at this location and they keep everything working very very well. They come almost immediately, see it through to completion and are efficient and clean up after they are done. I give Roto Rooter the highest recommendation---there is no need to call anyone else---call Roto Rooter and you will have your problems solved---big or small

It took nearly 3 weeks to get in touch with someone. I put in requests online three times. When I tried to contact the local office I was hung up on. The customer service representative that I spoke with initially was not very friendly. However when I called back and spoke with somebody who was a lot nicer. They were able to get somebody out the same day. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him as a plumber. The prices seemed High just to have something unclogged from the toilet. However since he was a veteran we did not hesitate to give him the money.

Tony who was our service tech was wonderful. He showed up within the time that the dispatcher said he would be here, looked at the problem with our hot water heater, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the complete removal and replacement for Monday morning, as this was late Saturday evening. When he returned, he removed and replaced the hot water heater, and went above to make sure all was working and cleaned the area up from all the work that he had completed. We will always use Roto Rooter for our service needs in the future and ask for Tony to do the work.
