After 23 years my water heater died yesterday. I called Roto-Rooter at 3 today, expecting an appointment in the next few days BUT Hermann came out at 4:15, went to home depot 10 min away to get a new heater, returned at 5:15 and just finished! AMAZING!!!!! Nice guy and very efficient!

Tech very respectful Two years ago I had same problem but worst and was charged $550. They wanted to charge me this time over $800! He came down to $750 -which is still an insane increase -- he finally went outside came back with $650. I knew I was being ripped off but just wanted job done. NEVER USE THEM!!! how can you reduce original price so much - unless your simply trying to rip off peole. He sent me a link to review how happy . I told him I will review when I am ready. He tried to press 5 stars on my phone - How dare him.....

No more food down my garbage disposal! Then, what is it good for? $350 later, I've learned not to put potato peels down the drain! I already knew the problem as soon as it clogged. Garbage disposal worked, but water did not drain. I knew it had to be snaked from the outside and then cleared on the inside. I did not have the tools or confidence to take apart the pipe under the sink. TIMELY: yes, within 2 hrs on a Sunday. SERVICE: Thorough. Technician cleared the clog inside and outside the house. He also made sure my dishwasher drained fined after. VALUE: Not very good. They could not give me a quote over the phone even when I could describe the problem and solution in detail. Very disappointed when the technician told me it was $425. I saw their coupon for $75 off. Didn't make a dent in the $425. Repair came with a 6 mo warranty. But, why would it happen again when I won't be dropping much down that garbage disposal? Two lessons learned today.... 1) no potato peel down the drain and 2) do not call the company that charges the most, shio around.

This people charged me $692 for one hour worth of work to unclogged a bathroom drain. Unfortunately, I was not at my business to reject this quote, but for anyone looking to get services from this people, please don't accept unless they give you an idea of the cost over the phone.

Had water in line up to the house. They came out said it was a block 4500. 12 hours after fix eater was back. Different tech came back out said it was the city. City came out used camera and roots in the line. Now they are sending 3rd guy iut and will give estimate and wants more money when they didn't fix it the first time .
