If I could give 0 zero stars I would! Extremely disappointed with the work that was done in our home. The person who came in were upset at the money the company charged us so he and the rest of the men came in with a nasty attitude. The work was left unfinished well.. I should say he did what he thought aligned with the money paid, not the contractual agreement made . So the house failed inspection after they were done and now we had to hire a new company after paying $8000.00 to Roto- Rooter. I would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Poor service all around and a waste of 8k.

I used their services twice, and both times the service was exceptional. The first time, my water bills were higher each month, so I called them for an estimate for leak detection. They said they would have a plumber over within a couple of hours. They sent Ricardo, who was very knowledgeable and professional, and found the leak promptly, quoted me for the repairs and made the repairs that evening. The second time was to replace my water heater. I asked for Ricardo, who explained what was wrong, replaced the water heater in no time, and advised what else needed to be repaired, which was spot-on.
