They saved me. A leaking water heater on the weekend. Chris fixed the problem and cleaned up in an impressive way - on a sunday! Maybe a little less expensive if you shop around , bit worth the time saved

While the technicians were professional and respectful, RotoRooter as a company is astronomically overpriced and a poor value. For only 2 hours of label it cost me $1,400. They simply had to install 2 shut off valves on a water line. And they didn't even have to solder anything. They ProPressed the copper pipes. Highway robbery. And they didn't come within the allotted window. They were late. I hate to call and find out when a technician would be arriving, not the other way around. The dispatcher on the phone was extremely rude. I would definitely source a plumber elsewhere if you're not in a pinch to get a project done. Really unfortunate how expensive this was. Overall a negative experience.

I had a leak in a shower regulator. Another plumber came and told me that to fix the problem, i would have to break through the wall. I called Roto Rooter for a second opinion. Roto Rooter was responsive, and came within 1 day of the call. They fixed the leak without opening the wall. Considering how much time and expense they saved me their prices were reasonable.
