I would suggest that you avoid this company at all costs. I called for a water heater replacement estimate and, in order to increase the costs, they sent a restoration project coordinator to my home first. Wanted to expand the job well beyond what was necessary or requested for the apparent purpose of increasing the costs and assured me that the costs would be paid by my insurance company. I certainly would never do business with a company with such low business ethical standards.

They unclogged the line surrounded our house and let us know that the problem was due to ATT fiber optic technician. Recommended us to apply for a loan with Synchrony Bank despite of we paid $569 to initiate the job. The total amount paid was $3,575.00. The pictures and videos which supposedly may show that ATT was responsible, weren't received yet. The job was done and paid on 11/16/2020. Today is 1/17/2021. I called Ronaldo, the Supervisor, asking for the pictures and videos, his answer was that I should use the pictures taken for my husband, who is 67 years old, a retiree man with no relationship with Roto-Rooter, because the evidence wasn't clear. As we paid more than $3500 for a job, we expected to receive the photos and videos taken for the plumbers, not for the owner of the house. Another thing is the statement that they couldn't find the opening to enter the """"snake"""" and for this reason they had to open around the house. Of course, a more expensive job. Coincidentally, the opening was by the garage and they found it when almost the job were done. I sent an email to the Supervisor and he never answered. I think I was very generous with the two stars.

We had a blockage in our septic pipe for our guest bathroom of our 2nd story condo. Demetrios Stavrianopoulos (Demetri) came and walking us through all of the options. He came up with a great plan and was able to unblock the pipe. He was outstanding and the solution saved us a lot of money. Thanks, Demetri!!

I am so glad that I called Roto-Rooter in October for a plumbing problem and to install my bathroom vanity. They sent Travis. He was friendly, professional, and had the right skills to do the job. I was very impressed with Travis and the entire Roto-Rooter experience. I love my new beautiful bathroom vanity. Thanks Roto-Rooter! Happy in Lauderhill.

I had a little back up in my shower. Next thing I know they want to dig up my whole driveway and charge me $15,000 to replace my entire sewer line for a little root interference. Sounds sketchy. Will not call them ever again.

I had an issue with my plumbing lastnight. All the toilets were backed up, couldn't even use the shower. I called Roto-rooter at 8pm on a Sunday night and they showed up right away. Maria Camacho a restoration representative helped us out. She was super helpful and delightful. She had a team supervisor out here the next day FIRST THING in the morning! 7am Talk about quick. Jimmy stavros helped us out and he did a wonderful job unclogging the pipe lines, he not only did his job but also explained every single detail about his job and gave us advise for the future on how to avoid the issues we encountered. He is truly the definition of a good employee. Highly recommend roto-rooter, they come to you fast AND they care about their customers. It's a win and win.

Very nice tech and if your in desire need of a plumber then I suppose a commercial company is quicker. My part was $20 and the labor was $360 for not even an hour. A good point is that they are warranty for their work

Called at 930am and scheduled appt to have new hot water heater installed. Appt was between 4 and 6Pm. I called several times asking status and kept being told in two more hours. At 930pm I get a call saying they do not have an experienced enough technician to come out. That their only available experienced technician has been stuck on a call all day. After complaining about wasting our whole day they sent out a technician. At 10pm at night he shows up and proceeds to tell us that he does not have the proper equipment to do the job. Will never use roto-rooter ever. Do not recommend. They waste your time and lie to you all day long. They knew at 930 am what kind of technician they needed for installing a new hot water heater. So 12 hours later they send some one who is not capable.

Called to get a quote they have me a huge window gap to inspect my water heater leak. The tech came out looked briefly at it and was like """"yea $1500"""" I asked him for a written quote he said he will send it to dispatch and left. Didnt leave a car or anything.... still haven't seen or heard anything. They had another person come behind him letting us know we had water all over the place and insisting that we get insurance involved and tear my whole house up. I received another quote from a competitor and it was only 850 and he was informative and not pushy on the Sale. Roto-rooter came of to be a pushy salesperson and not caring. Extremely upsetting and stressful on our part.

Sometimes you simply have to call the company that specializes in a particular problem to get it done properly. Living in a completely renovated condo for 6 months now without issue, new pipes and fittings everywhere so install isn't an issue. Taking a shower and water is bubbling in the toilets followed by back ups in both showers, hence the main drain line is backed up. Have a local plumber come over with a snake that keeps backing up, not getting anywhere etc in fact either he was incompetent or the problem was more serious than we thought. Finally had enough and called Roto Rooter. Explained problem to person on phone was told appointment would be within next two hours. Received follow up call to let me know tech was on the way and he arrived """"Anthony"""" in just under the 2 hour window. He immediately assessed the problem indicating he had to pop both toilets since they were on a Y and if he entered through one the very powerful snake could possibly enter the junction and slam into the other. He provided an estimate which was """"MUCH HIGHER"""" than other plumbers estimate but he couldn't do the job so taking into account he said if I can't fix it no charge and you get a 30 day guarantee off to work Anthony went. He was able to snake the line down some 75 Feet well outside the walls of my home indicating the blockage was well downstream the pitfalls of condo living. He cleared the drain recoiled his snake then sent it down again another 80 feet just to insure it was clear. He then replaced both wax seals on the toilets, replaced and caulked both toilets then used a commercial disinfectant to clean around both bathrooms where he worked etc. In short the job was nothing short of spectacular. Service professional, and from start to finish from contact to completion I couldn't not have been happier. 2 weeks later and we are still flowing perfectly. Sometimes you get what you pay for. This is one of those times. GREAT JOB AND MUCH APPRECIATED!
