I have used Roto Rooter twice at my home. The colleagues that answer the phones are very courteous and helpful. The technicians usually arrive within an hour of me placing a call to them. They even call when they are on their way! They are always efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I love that they have a 30day guarantee on their work, too! I will use them again for any future needs.

Beware the bait and switch from this company. When they tell you they are giving you a discount, don't believe it, it's all apparently a shell game to them once they have your credit card information. Trying to get a call back from anyone, from the person who wrote up the discounted quote to the general manager, is an exercise in futility. Take your business and your hard earned money to a company with higher ethical standards than this operation.

I had been having huge problems with plumbing and back ups in the new home that I just bought a few months ago. I had rented the house previously and there was always a lingering issue with the master bathroom toilet. The house had a Service America contract while it was a rental, and it came with the house. I had several people come out from other companies and no one could permanently fix the issue. Friday I came home to water backing up in the shower, a toilet that was clogged, and now the kitchen sink was backing up into the shower as well! I desperately called Roto-Rooter, since the """"other company"""" was out here Friday and charged me $175 to basically do nothing to fix the issue. They sent out a tech at 11PM on a Saturday a (Tony) who quickly realized I need a camera scope to see what the real problem was. His camera was in the shop, but they quickly got me scheduled for the next morning. Sunday morning Alisa and Aubrey showed up and they tackled the problem head on. Thank goodness it wasn't tree roots or a broken pipe, but what they found was what amounted to 30 years of grease, detergents and other nasty things that had congealed on the inside of the pipes to the point where it was clogging everything up. I know this house has had many owners and renters over the years and most likely there was never any sort of preventative plumbing maintenance done, and now it was all coming due. The solution will be to have the crud blasted out with a high pressure jet, and Alisa will be calling me to schedule that on Monday when business opens. They left the bathroom clean and they were very careful with shoes and gloves, and they did not leave a mess at all, unlike the bootprints on the wall and the nasty hand prints on the door that I had with some of the """"other"""" plumbers that came out. All in all I am very, very pleased with this service and that FINALLY someone cared about finding out what the cause of he problem was. They explained everything to me as clear as they could to someone who is not a plumbing professional like they are, and I was just very grateful that they knew what they were doing. Thank you so much, and while I wish the problem is going to be a cheap fix, I know that in order to really correct it, I need to take their advice and have the lines blasted out . Highly recommended to anyone needing a SOLUTION to their plumbing problems, and not just the expensive run-around that seems to be common nowadays. Thanks again, Roto-Rooter! Julie N Weston, FL

So this guy Dennis from Roto-Rooter comes in ... checks out my problem and under 15 minutes we're back in business. Exceptional work. Confident and VERY Professional. I Live in Port St Lucie and every half hour I would get a call from Roto-Rooter dispatch telling me how far away and how many minutes it would be before they would get here. I could not ask for better service. Thank You Dennis and Roto-Rooter. Without exception ... from now on ... I'm calling You. On a side note I had called 2 other places and emailed them and I still have not heard back from them. Roto-Rooter 100%.

We called and scheduled an appt with Roto Rooter and they came in the time frame they gave us. James came out to our salon. He did a great job explaining exactly what he was doing. The estimate was exactly what he quoted me. He also waited to make sure everything was running smoothly. We call them anytime we have an issue and they are always great! Thanks James!

Leeroy (Tech number 0460) has come out twice for different issues with our pipes (very old pipes tend to come up with all kinds of new and fun problems) and he's been amazing both times. He's on time, explains the problem, fixes it quickly and cleans up afterward. I know I can rely on him to get the job done! I'll definitely continue to use Roto-Rooter and would recommend them to anyone that needs a plumbing issue addressed quickly.

The technician that came out was extremely rude. I requested a technician to come out to provide an estimate for an external water leak. From the start when I answered the door, the technician was arrogant and rude. He provided an estimate that was significantly larger than a previous estimate a received. I mentioned to the technician that we're going to use the service of the other plumber because of the price difference. He responded with """"you shouldn't be wasting his time"""", stormed off, and mumbled additional things under his breath. My review is share this experience of having an extremely rude and arrogant plumber from this company.

Insanity, pure and total insanity. Repairman didn't even look at my heater and said """"That's going to cost you $1500.00."""" Wait! It's for a 30 gallon LowBoy heater in a small condo. He wrote up the estimate as follows: $565 for remove and replace heater; $260 for valve replace; $115 for """"pickup of heater""""...total $940.00 WITHOUT the price of heater included!! RIDICULOUS ESTIMATE. A $400 heater Roto Rooter marks up1.67x to $668.00. Total cost would been $1608.00 BUT WAIT...there might be some more charges depending on the job! BEWARE STAY AWAY DANGER
