I live in Plantation, FL. I love that you are able to schedule an appointment online. AThey are also available 24 hours! They even call you to let you know when they are on the way. The service technician that came to do the repairs was very friendly and discussed price with me in detail. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because their price mark up on parts is very high.

Called on a Sunday for an active water leak under my sink. Technician Alex responded to my house within 30 minutes and was amazing. He stopped the leak, gave me a quote to fix it, install a new faucet, and completed the job. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. I will always request him.

I originally called RR to have a tech fix the garbage disposal in our company break room. Customer Service sent a tech to us later that same day, Adam W. There have been a few plumbing concerns we have put on the back burner but Adam was great in checking everything out, letting me know our options and provided us with his direct line for prompt service. Adam has since fixed our garbage disposal, men's urinal, women's faucet and break room faucet. He was knowledgeable and didn't take too much time on any of the jobs. I appreciated the fact that he had me take a look at what he was fixing and another look when it was fixed. He didn't a fantastic job and I will ONLY call him for our plumbing needs!

Plugged up kitchen drain, used roto-rooter before. Price was reasonable. Called them yesterday, tech wanted $440. We told him no, he immediately dropped the price to $390. Was the job worth $440 or $390? Sent him away. Bought $28.30 snake from Home depot. pushed it down the cleanout, 30 min round trip to home depot, 5 mins to clean out drain. Roto-rooter wanted $440 for 5 mins of work. No wonder my lawyer gave up law practice to be a plumber. He only got $800/hour.

I placed a service call at 10:30 am and I hd a confirmed appointment between the hours of 11 and 3:30. Alisa was the technician that responded to my call pretty soon after. She was very friendly and professional and explained what they were doing step by step. Both her and her assistant were very clean and neat. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will be sure to use them again.

I attempted to schedule an appointment to have work done. I went online, selected between 8-10 am and submitted the form. Soon after 8 am I received a call telling me that the technicians were backed up, and that they were moving my appointment to 12-2 pm time window. However, at 1 pm I received another call telling me that they would not be able to make it """"today"""" and would re-schedule for tomorrow. When I voiced my irritation I was transferred to a manager who, while being pleasant, was not helpful. It was a matter of, they would not guarantee that I would even receive service until tomorrow. As I had already taken one day off work to """"wait for the plumber"""", I cancelled my so called appointment, and called another plumber.

My service person was a super delight...He tried to clear my drain and couldnt and then right when they were going to call in the more expensive option he tried 1 more time and GOT it!!! Driven and looking to save the customer money...just how I like my vendors to be. Thank you Roto-Rooter!

Hot water heater pipe broke. My tech, Dwayne K. was excellent. He arrivede within an hour after I called. He explained why it happened, how it could have been prevented and what he was doing to repair it. He was very professional and got the job done very efficiently. The price was fair.

This company is the worst! They are thieves!!! They come to your house, do not fix the problem and charge you hundreds!! Why do they offer 24-hour service if when they show up they tell you that they can run the snake but that it is kind of late, and there might be nothing they can do!!! What in the world??? I can't believe I paid this people 300 plus for such crappy service. They really take advantage of customer in emergency situations.

Roto Rooter did contact me to find out what went wrong. I was very appreciative of that as management was upset and said they would check into it. I hope they did as I called Buckeye Plumbing who fixed the problem quickly , and efficiently . Hopefully Roto Rooter gets there act together
