Miserable. The customer service is non-existent. I specifically asked two supervisors to not cash a check from an elderly woman on oxygen that I was assisting and told the technician to call me before he left. I needed to leave for an hour to have dinner. I NEVER received a phone call and it cost $1,895 to clear a house blockage. THERE WAS NO AMOUNT ON THE INVOICE AND IT WAS NOT ITEMIZED! $600 AN HOUR!! Now for the best part: the elderly woman on oxygen phoned me and asked if I can contact them to verify the amount and cancel the check and put it on her Credit Card to at least get points. I was promised by a Plumbing Supervisor that the check was on his desk and he would call me once the invoice was reviewed by someone (Above His Pay Grade). THEY CASHED THE CHECK AND LIED TO ME THAT IT WAS BEING HELD AND NOW WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. WE WERE GOING TO PAY AND JUST WANTED THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Obviously, I am extremely embarrassed and frustrated that I could not help my good friend. I feel like we have been robbed before Christmas. I could not have been more cooperative on the phone. Disgusting and Dishonest. Invoice # 117219 Hope this is a wake up call to your protocol And business model.

Very over priced ,had then same work done ,there estimate was $1400.had the work done for $650. Make sure you get estimates from a couple of other Companies.

Very happy with their work and quality of service and especially Erin who was the person helping me with the issue. I had an emergency with the water main at a Fort Myers location. They were very responsive even though it was a Saturday. They couldn't get the water valve that day, so Erin did a temporary fix to make sure the water stays on. Then he came back on Monday and along with another tech replaced the valve and fixed the pipes. Everything works great since then. I thought that the price was too high for the work, but I just closed my eyes on it because had no time to look anywhere else. As far as customer service and work quality goes, I would recommend them to others, and I'm planning to use them for other plumbing issues.

Their technician, Jimmy, arrived promptly and begin to tackle a tricky, hard to pinpoint problem with the drainage in my two master bath sinks. He thoroughly checked all pipes which took a full day of labor. He needed a smaller camera to get in some spaces as our new remodeled bath had been plumbed """"creatively"""" with many twist and turns in the piping. He finally found the problem. The two pipes responsible for draining the sinks had popped apart or never been attached correctly in the first place! So major job ahead, tile to be blasted through to get to the pipes. He and his helper Chris did a great job. Done in one day and site left clean and neat. Job well done. I would not hesitate to go to these guys with any puzzling plumbing issues. They kept at it, found the problem and fixed it once and for all, remaining polite and cheerful throughout the entire process.

Had company come out to look at main drain back up in my tub They took off the clean out cap and told me it would be $3,200 there were roots blocking my pipes. When I said I can't afford that he said he can do it the next day for $2,200. Never even stuck a camera down the drain or any pipes. Come to find out it was a rag in the drain. Thank god I was able to find a trusting company. The guys you have for your company in the Bonita Springs FL area give your company a bad name.

low lying fruit for sellers who need to commit fraud to sell their property. They will not disclose if they have serviced my address before. I just bought a home and less than 2 weeks here and I have major plumbing problems. Even though I own the home, they cannot tell me if they have been here. Great company to use if you want to commit fraud and royally screw over your home buyer. If they in fact serviced my address or provided any unfilled work estimate and have evidence that my seller committed a fraud, they cannot divulge this information to me.

The gentleman (Aron #148 Fort Myers) who worked on my problems was excellent. He communicated when it would be here (he was here 3 times) and was always on time. He was courteous, friendly and explained everything and provided me with options. I felt lime I was dealing with an honest person, something you often don't get with home repairs. I would recommend him to anyone. He fixed everything perfectly. He also took the time to clean up using a vacuum and towels. He went way above duty as we have a 8 month old dachshund who just loved Aron and was often with his front paws on Aron's back while he worked. Aron would smile and talk with our Zoey. He is a great all around person with terrific plumbing skill .

so I never saw myself writing a review for Roto-Rooter. Maybe I've hit the bottom of the barrell...ha ha ha. But I'll just make this quick. I called them at 10 AM and they said they'd have a technician out between 12 and 2. I got a call at 11:30 and the tech said he'd be here in 45 minutes. Showed up right on time, and after a brief chat , he told us what the potential problem was. We had clogged pipes out to the street. within 1 hour he completely fixed the problem and educated us along the way with helpful hints as well as showing us the root causes of the problem. Thankfully - the problem is fixed and the property owners shouldn't have any more issues.

Called Roto-Rooter North Port area to check our water heater. Technician Frank came out on a Friday afternoon and wrote up paperwork stating we needed a thermocouple on the flame sensor replaced, however the supply houses were closed already and we'd have to wait until Monday when they open again to get the part. He then charged us $195 service call fee but said it would go towards the cost of the part and labor when he returned on Monday. On Monday, got a call from James at Roto-Rooter who stated we needed an entire gas control box and the part was $450 but with labor it would be $800 and the $195 that we already paid could not be used towards that price. We got a second opinion and the new company came out same day and charged a TOTAL of $125 for replacing the thermocouple (which was a simple copper tubing) and fixed it immediately! I called the manager at Roto-Rooter to discuss the fact that they tried to overcharge us, with no response or call back. I would never recommend Roto-Rooter. They take advantage of people and are a complete rip-off!

Had to call Roto-Rooter to sort out plumbing issue in the house. They got the call around 8:30 pm and had Jesse (#68) on site shortly after 9pm Jesse got straight to work, ran camera from clean out, found second clean out and went again. Found damage to sewer pipe as it runs across lawn, roots are breaking through causing blockage. Ran a wire cleaner through several times and cut out the roots as best as possible. Managed to take pics of issue before and now we can look at scheduling a proper fix and replace that section of pipe. Overall I am delighted with the service and would use and recommend them. They have all the appropriate kit and it makes all the difference.
