Called this company to clear drain/sewer line. Technician came out and was terrible. Did not clear line and left saying he had a """"cold one"""" in the truck. Toilet and tub filled with sewer water. called corporate office for help with refund, but this is a franchise and they can't do anything. Definitely call someone else!!

Do not call roda rooter I work for them for 3 hours I went Through their training and they are a bunch of car salesmans Dell's ones they say no matter what get the job and get the money from the client They do not care about quality of work they're plumbers their plumbers are not plumbers they are people off the streets that they hire to do air to do simple service Their whole goal is sales Example I went to a house with one of their plumbers are there plumbers the lady had a simple leak the the plumber told her that sir that she needed a new whole house repype because tbecause the CPVC in her house is bad. Granted CPVC is an inferior product but hers was not bad just a simple league from the angle Stop. I told the lady right in front of the plumber that he doesn't know anything your CPVC is fine and you should tell us to leave and I walked off the job all the way to the shop and got my truck. The only other job that I went to was to install 2 faucets in a lady's bathroom they charged her set up charged her $750 we were there there 25 minutes and the plumber did not know how to take apart her faucet and was getting ready to use his sauce on her nice granite countertops in the bath Buyer beware of this particular roto router all they are are car salesmans

I called roto rooters and they came out in About 2 hours, the service technicians were very friendly and explained everything to me well, Eric and Christian provided me get service and were very knowledgeable in their field, I would definitely call again if I needed any plumbing services done.

Buyer BEWARE Of this co. Never in my life have I seen a company that scans people like this one. I purchased a/c from them which was never installed correctly, they have sent out technicians who cannot figure out how to resolve the issue. Their technicians never show up on time if they show up at all. I spent 10k on a system that is supposed to be energy efficient and it does the complete opposite, my electric bill TRIPLED the first month right after installation. Their customer care coordinator Jennifer Spurlin could not be bothered, if you do get hold of her, she makes empty promises ie; she told me that I would be reimbursed for the expense 2 months later she doesn't even pick up phone nor respond to emails, """"a dispatcher will contact you to schedule another technician"""" well that didn't happen. I am having to chase these people! The last technician that came out confirmed what the issue is and that the job would take 2 people to do, my guess is that is how he got out of it since he couldn't fix the a/c. I have also sent an email to the GM no word from him, I called to ask to speak to him and I was told he's not in the office and Jennifer is the only person that handles this, I reached out to the sales person and no response there either. So they know that there's a customer with an issue on their product and have failed to follow up and refuse to uninstall/ refund which clearly they claim they will do on paperwork and on their phone recording yet my home is blazing hot in Florida heat, while The 20 y.o I a/c I replaced was costing me $70-$120 even at peak summer season, I'm now paying $400 electric bill in a 1100sft home with a brand new 10k a/c unit that is absolutely garbage and ARS is gone with my money. Last straw was when I made an appointment for a tech to come out and morning if appointment they called to confirm, 30min before end of appointment window time frame I call to see tech's eta and git told I had no appointment scheduled So I'm now stuck with a ac that no one wants to attend to yet I'm paying for it

This company charges ridiculous amounts of money for the guy to replace two shutoff valves and clear a minor clog. 1000 dollars of which 900 was labor. STAY AWAY. Disgusting business practices

Do not make this company your first call! I suspect the main reason they aim to move quickly on a job is because if you reach out to anyone else you will likely tell them to get lost. They charge double what other reputable companies are charging right now. Service was great but way overpriced. We really needed our main line cleared out and they were the 1st call. They were prompt but charged $397 for a 15 minute job. They did give a $75 discount but the job was still $327. A bit much for less than an hour of actual of their time. It took them less than an hour with their commute. After the fact I realize plenty of companies offer the same service for significantly less. Fool me once. Comment edited due to extremely poor interaction with the manager. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

beware of this business. they took advantage of the situation by over diagnosing the severity of the problem and quoting $2,500 for the repair. When the actual job way simpler then what they quoted, they did not adjust the price. Will never use them again and will not recommend the, to anyone.
