There should be ZERO stars for this company. They are ridiculous. They wanted to charge me $750 to unclog a sink and shower drain. I told the technician that there was a cat toy stuck in the sink, and that the shower had litter in the drain. The technician looked in his book (did not look at the shower or the sink) and then quoted me $750. I said nevermind. I then called Tom Shell Plumbing. They resolved the problem within minutes and charged only $75. Roto-Rooter is a joke. One of their managers called me to see why I didn't use them.... when I told him why, his response, """"Well, that's our pricing."""" Get real.

CON: Bait and switch tactics! Tried to use them. Had an appointment to come out and provide an estimate to replace the heating elements supposedly at no cost. Received a call from the technician himself that he was on his way and it was going to be over $310 for a diagnostic test. Needless to say we cancelled. PRO: They were very good about letting us know the technician was delayed.

After Milton had left us for a few days later our plumbing was backed up to the point nothing would drain and we started getting sand and """"other"""" coming up. It was 10:00PM on a Sunday night. After calling 3 other plumbers who could not do anything. I called Roto Rooter 24 hour service line. At 11:45 a knock at the door and there stood Glen. He listened to the issues and went to work by 1:00 AM the water was drained and we could at least somewhat function. By 9:00 the following day I had heard from Glen and he was on the way. The problem started under the sidewalk and affected our pipes (which you could see on camera. Glen got a hold of the County and by 4:00 the County arrived agreed with the problem and started to work. Glen was with us every step of the way on Tuesday by phone and text. The County spent 8 hours rectifying the problem. The point of the review is that Glen could have just put a """"band aid"""" on the issue but took a general concern for my family and I to see the job done right!!!! Highly recommend Roto Rooter any time of day!! Nice job fellas!!
