The service requested was performed quickly and cleanly, but did not appreciate the suggested upsell for a totally unnecessary scope of work that included a 3'x3' hole in the foundation and an estimated $3,000 price tag. Scam.

Absolute worst customer service and service ever! I had scheduled services for Monday between 8-10am and had purposely taken off work to do so. It has now been 6 hours of waiting for someone to show up. We have called every hour since 10am to speak with someone and they have all been giving us the run-around saying that they were sending someone out. I finally got a hold of someone with authority from the office, and the """"best he could do"""" was 25% off the service and then he followed it up with """"we won't be able to have someone come out until 4pm"""". I will NEVER suggest or use Roto Rooter to anyone!

Was pleased that the technician, Miguel R., arrived when promised by dispatch as it was a Sunday evening and I had overnight guests. No time is a good time for a clog, but this was especially inconvenient. Miguel was friendly, efficient and definitely knew what he was doing. Happy with the service!

Horrible business to use. I was speaking with 3 different people at various times trying to figure out who I was suppose to instruct to take out the remainder of my floor and who was fixing my bellied pipe. I instructed a RR employee day 1 that all the floor should be removed due to water damage and the RR employee even said """"Yes, not a problem. All of the wood needs to come off since it will be impossible to match."""" To my surprise I come home to wood still being in my house except for where the water damage occured. Call the RR employee that told me it would all be removed and he says that is not his side of the business. My thinking process is that he is a RR employee so he should of relayed the message atleast. I call another guy from RR and ask him what happened and he gives me an attitude after I express my unhappiness to a uncompleted job. I instruct the guy to finish the job and he says okay but never came back to my house. I ended up having to remove the rest of the floor myself. They also tried to send a guy over to my house at 10 pm to pick up equipment while I was not home. I instructed the guy that I had friends from out of town over and that I didnt want a stranger in my house with their belongings there and that I never recieved a call and/or informed of when they were going to pick up the equipment, I told that guy sorry but that guy gave me attitude because he was upset that he drove all the way to my house and I would not allow him in my gate. They dont care about the quality of service they give at all. My situation cost about 6000 altogether and for that price I would think a follow up call from someone asking how the service went but nothing.

This was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They showed up greater than three hours after the stated time and the individuals on the phone were incredibly rude. They told me they would be there within the hour, but when I called they hadn't even dispatched someone several hours after the call. I will never use this company again.

I called at 1:00 PM because my outside faucet wouldn't turn off - told me someone would be here by 6:00 PM (this is on a Saturday). Mynyr was here by 2:00 (!) - knew exactly what to do - at my request, he replaced both of my outside faucets. He was pleasant, fast, competent and friendly. Was done and paid in an hour. I know this wasn't a complex deal, but he couldn't have done it better. Glad I didn't try to tackle this myself. Will use Roto-Rooter again!

I used Roto Rooter out of Tampa Florida. The technician was DEMARCUS. Excellent service, professional, a gentleman, clean. Worked efficiently,got thejob done quick. Mine was a teenager hair clog. Will use again, and reccomend. Especially Demarcus

I had a bad clog that I could not fix and had problems for years with this drain being slow and occasionally backing up. I gave up and I called other plumbers, was told an ungodly amount of money was needed to fix it and they wanted money to come give an estimate. I called Roto-Rooter and not only did they offer free estimates, but were there within an hour with no extra charge for a Sunday call. The journeyman was courteous and up front with costs and the price was ok. He not only fixed the sink better than we have ever seen it, but he cleaned the mess we made trying to fix it ourselves. 20 minutes before leaving for my daughter's high school chorus performance, both toilets and showers were backed up and wouldn't drain. (We live in a 60 year old house, and were NOT surprised!) On our way out the door we called the after hours number of another plumber, and left a message. An hour later we had not received a call back, so after the show we got online and found Roto-Rooter. I was pleased to see that they did not have an extra charge for after-hours, weekends, or holidays. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant and accommodating, and sympathetic to our plight. She promised service between the time I called (it was 8:30 p.m.) and 11:30. I expected it to be a long night, but was happy that at least our toilets would be flushing that evening. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the technician half an hour later saying he would be there in 30 minutes. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and took care of the problem in short time, even with all the quirks of our old house. He also caulked around one of our toilets, which had had a gap between it and the tile since it was installed a year ago. While I always feel like paying for plumbing repair is like literally throwing money down the drain, I am happy with our service and would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing service.
