Best experience I have had with plumbers in a few years. He was effective, efficient, diligent, and friendly. The drain needed to be working. My Thanksgiving situation would of been a mess but thanks to his work .. the holiday went well. When you call them ..you are assured of quality work.

Borderline fraud. My wife and I hired Roto Rooter to investigate and repair two water spots in our first floor ceiling (which I strongly suspected of being plumbing related). After arriving four hours late, the technician (I'm using that term generously) charged us $200 to smash a (tiny) hole in our ceiling to investigate one of the two water spots. He then informed us that he couldn't do anything because he believed the leak was A/C related. Hired a local handyman service to do the same. He found that the second leak (which Roto Rooter did not endeavor to investigate) was indeed plumbing related, and repaired both leaks for $174, including the related demolition. tl;dr: Roto Rooter charged us $200 to tell us they couldn't fix anything. I would only recommend this service if (literally) burning your money has lost all its thrill for you.

They came to my home within the scheduled time. Marlon Torres was our worker and was very thorough in the inspection, trying to figure out the problem (clogged pipe). Also fixed a leaky toilet. He was polite and always explained everything he was doing. Overall pretty satisfied with their work. Will call them again.

1) professional service was good. They came and did their thing. 2) price expensive $495 for the snake and the camera to then tell me I have a major problem and they would have to tear up the kitchen floor and create a new drain system since our old one had collapse Estimate cost for that $12,000.00 WHAT!!! NO WAY! 3) they gave me a cd video which does not open on a Mac The KICKER I got a second opinion and I had NO such collapse pipe. Everything was working FINE! I even got up on my own roof with the plumber to see the camera video. There was a working pipe. I did have a clog and a hole on the pipe to the washer machine. Cost $450 for coming out, snake, camera, and patched the hole. You need an HONEST PLUMBER call LUCMARC plumbing. They are licensed and insured!!!

Beware, beware, beware: I called Roto-Rooter because I dumped a shot glass into my garbage disposal by accident and started it up before I realized the shot glass was in there. I also had a very slow bath drain which I had been meaning to have snaked for months. Two jobs, one very manageable and another practically just a household chore I didn't want to bother with. The guy arrives and looks at both situations from about four feet away -- doesn't touch anything or try anything -- and says that it will be $269 per job (total = $538). Then he sees the look on my face and mumbles something about 'plus a 40% discount because I'm here already'. I already know that I'm not going to hire this guy, who thinks I am going to pay $269 to snake a drain, but after telling him I'm going to get estimates elsewhere before deciding I listen to him talk himself down, in stages, to $269 total for both jobs. He was still mumbling about how I didn't understand and what was he going to tell his dispatcher and so on as he reluctantly headed out the door. I understand the disposal job might be more than five minutes and $40 but how can you trust anyone who even tries to nail you for $269 to snake a bath tub? Beware, beware, beware.

i first called for an estimate to repair my leaky faucet in my bathtub. After the plumber ( Marlon Torres) checked it, he estimated the price and it seemed reasonable so i went ahead and agreed for the repairs to be done. Marlon was very friendly, spoke English very well, gave me a quick explanation of the repairs needed to be done, did the job, cleaned after him and left! i was very impressed for his professionalism.

Terrible terrible terrible. Had a toilet replaced about 2 years ago by this company. The flange was broken and charged $400+ to REPAIR it +260 to snake my shower. Unprepared. Went to home depot and bought incorrect fasteners. Installed toilet and did no bother to shim, then grouted completely around the toilet. Solid yes. Stupid yes. 2 years later tiles on the wall began to get moldy and disgusting. Turns out the toilet repair was bad from the start. Water went under the tile to the wall. He use so much grout on the toilet base, the water just filtered under the tile. My dad and I found that his flange repair was completely shoddy and uncentered over the flange. The toilet never rocked to damage the wax ring. It Was clearly the improperly installed flange repair ring. We replaced the flange and toilet ourselves in half the time. Wall is damaged due to dirty water leaking under tile. We will never ever call this company again and steer everyone we know clear from getting ripped off. Also he left the shower drain plate bent up like a lid of a tuna can. My house was a complete mess. Toilet water all over the floor all the way to the entrance after he left. Imbecile.

Excellent in every way the receptionist was great at getting them to come to my house within 2 hours of my call. Very professional and reasonable . Gave advice on what to do in future to not clog toilet. Even recommended Charmin toilet paper. Very quick, clean and nice. Highly recommend.
