Do not call this company. They were scheduled to come to my house on Friday, never showed up. They asked me if they could come Saturday and I accepted. Well, it is Sunday 6pm and still nothing. I have called them all day yesterday and today. They subcontracted someone to empty septic tank, still waiting. Extremely disappointed.,

Roto-root-canal. $300 quote to unclog a drain at my grandmothers house. Since when do plumbers make as much as a computer programmer? Then again, the Crack showing out of their pants when under the sink is almost an art form, possibly worth more.

Roslyn from Roto Rooter came to my house for a faucet issue. It was clear that the faucet was running, and you could hear the water pipes moving the water. I asked him if he could hear them, and he told me """"no, I don't hear anything"""". He looked at my faucet, and gave me a quote. I called another Plumbing company, and without me saying anything, they heard the leak and have me a lower quote. The Roto rooter plumber, Roslyn, was very unapproachable, and did not seem to know what he was doing. Call anyone but roto rooter for your plumbing needs.

i first called for an estimate to repair my leaky faucet in my bathtub. After the plumber ( Marlon Torres) checked it, he estimated the price and it seemed reasonable so i went ahead and agreed for the repairs to be done. Marlon was very friendly, spoke English very well, gave me a quick explanation of the repairs needed to be done, did the job, cleaned after him and left! i was very impressed for his professionalism.

Absolutely the worst! I called this morning and the dispatcher told me the technician would arrive by 2:30. Then, between 2pm and 3:30 pm I received 3 phone calls indicating they were running behind but that I was """"next."""" Needless to say, no one arrived and I did not hear from them again until 9pm when I received a call asking if I was still interested. Seriously?! Save yourself the money and aggravation and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

First lets start off with the fact they wanted to charge me $250 to simply replace the kitchen faucet with one I had already purchased. Second... I scheduled the appointment for between 2 and 3pm, thinking I could take a late long lunch to get this done. At 210pm the dispatch calls me to confirm a 4pm time stating the plumber isn't starting till 4pm today. When I tell her when my appointment was scheduled she says she will call me right back... which she did and to confirm the plumber was on his way. At 315pm I get a call from the plumber stating he is on his way to Brickell from Homestead. Will never use them again and definitely would never recommend them.

1) professional service was good. They came and did their thing. 2) price expensive $495 for the snake and the camera to then tell me I have a major problem and they would have to tear up the kitchen floor and create a new drain system since our old one had collapse Estimate cost for that $12,000.00 WHAT!!! NO WAY! 3) they gave me a cd video which does not open on a Mac The KICKER I got a second opinion and I had NO such collapse pipe. Everything was working FINE! I even got up on my own roof with the plumber to see the camera video. There was a working pipe. I did have a clog and a hole on the pipe to the washer machine. Cost $450 for coming out, snake, camera, and patched the hole. You need an HONEST PLUMBER call LUCMARC plumbing. They are licensed and insured!!!

I had a horrible problem with my drainage, and booked an appointment with Roto Rooter online. Someone contacted me by phone and was able to dispatch a technician to my home within minutes in the Cutler Bay Area. The service man, Roberto was very professional, helpful and solved the problem. I was also able to use my internet discount coupon to pay for services.

So I can't write as to the outcome because I haven't had my low water pressure problem fixed yet..BUT the service with the free assessment has been just OUTSTANDING. I made the appointment online for the following day and the window was 2-4pm. I got a phone call at 2:30pm telling me the plumber was on his way and at 2:35pm the plumber arrived, Pedro. I told him our problem and showed him the sinks/showers and he checked EVERYTHING (every valve inside and all throughout outside the house). He had a few theories as to what could be causing the issues (old water pump outside, faulty installation of hot water heater (completed by unlicensed economical handyman), clog in a separate sink etc). He called a """"master plumber"""" to trouble shoot some of the things he saw and they both decided the master plumber to deal with quoting the removal of the old water pump as that was the likely culprit to the low water pressure problem. After he left, the plumber called me back to go over everything he told the master plumber regarding his assessment and to confirm that he would arrive the following day after his 7:00 appointment. I thought the whole experience was handled very efficiently. Pedro was punctual, educational with all aspects of his assessment, and I found the handoff to the master plumber for the more complex job very professional.
