Had a backup in kitchen sink due to clog in main line. Service Tech named Rene came out. Very friendly. Very honest. Took care of problem and explained issues and how it hapened. Would definitely use again. Roto-Rooter cust service was very good. Called me constantly to update me on when tech was coming. No service charge...which is HUGE PLUS!!

A bit pricey but Miguel Hernandez and Luis did spend two days on their stomachs under our house to fix the bad work done by another plumber. They did a great job of diagnosing the problems and fixing them. They did place one clean out to close to the house which I had to have moved by another plumber but they do enjoy even their most difficult (and dirty) work and are problem solvers.

DON'T use these people. EXTREMELY RUDE and they lie lie lie. I took 2 1/2 days off work to be there when they said they would come and they did not! They came at 9PM or later. Also, when I asked for someone to come earlier they said they put me on a priority list which let me tell you DOES NOT EXIST. DON'T call them. USE SOMEONE LOCAL. THIS IS A BUSINESS RAN BY SOME CLOWN. RUDE, NEVER EVER ON TIME.

They came to my home within the scheduled time. Marlon Torres was our worker and was very thorough in the inspection, trying to figure out the problem (clogged pipe). Also fixed a leaky toilet. He was polite and always explained everything he was doing. Overall pretty satisfied with their work. Will call them again.

Do not call this company. They were scheduled to come to my house on Friday, never showed up. They asked me if they could come Saturday and I accepted. Well, it is Sunday 6pm and still nothing. I have called them all day yesterday and today. They subcontracted someone to empty septic tank, still waiting. Extremely disappointed.,

Roto-root-canal. $300 quote to unclog a drain at my grandmothers house. Since when do plumbers make as much as a computer programmer? Then again, the Crack showing out of their pants when under the sink is almost an art form, possibly worth more.

Roslyn from Roto Rooter came to my house for a faucet issue. It was clear that the faucet was running, and you could hear the water pipes moving the water. I asked him if he could hear them, and he told me """"no, I don't hear anything"""". He looked at my faucet, and gave me a quote. I called another Plumbing company, and without me saying anything, they heard the leak and have me a lower quote. The Roto rooter plumber, Roslyn, was very unapproachable, and did not seem to know what he was doing. Call anyone but roto rooter for your plumbing needs.

i first called for an estimate to repair my leaky faucet in my bathtub. After the plumber ( Marlon Torres) checked it, he estimated the price and it seemed reasonable so i went ahead and agreed for the repairs to be done. Marlon was very friendly, spoke English very well, gave me a quick explanation of the repairs needed to be done, did the job, cleaned after him and left! i was very impressed for his professionalism.

Absolutely the worst! I called this morning and the dispatcher told me the technician would arrive by 2:30. Then, between 2pm and 3:30 pm I received 3 phone calls indicating they were running behind but that I was """"next."""" Needless to say, no one arrived and I did not hear from them again until 9pm when I received a call asking if I was still interested. Seriously?! Save yourself the money and aggravation and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
