We selected a 7 to 9pm window on the online page, but when we received a confirmation email, we were scheduled for 7 to 11 pm window. We did get a call at 9 that the technician would be delayed, and he arrived at 11 pm. The service took longer than expected (technician had to deal with a poor previous patch job that complicated things), left at 1:20 am with job completed. Technician was great, but keep an eye out for the glitch in the online reservation system if you don't want to be up all night or disrupt your sleeping family!

If you get fucked by this company, you think you wouldn't wanna give this company even one star. This morning This company send a guy called Elio Pena who came to my house ,checked the problem and quoted $550 to replace part of my pipeline behind the guest bathroom shower wall. Seemed like everything was fine.BTW this guy didnt have any parts in his HUGE truck, he did go to the Homedepot to buy parts. When he came back, he didnt do the job as he promised, but used a simple way to attach my valve back.I didnt know for what reason, he said that's the best he can do and used dirty language in the phone and hung up on me. So mad at this company

Roto-Rooter gave us prompt, friendly service. Our technician, Ronnie, was very helpful from the get go. He quoted and explained services before beginning work. The work was done quickly. Definitively would call them, especially Ronnie again!

I just finished receiving an emergency service from Roto Rooter, the tech being Rene. He was early to the appointment, extremely professional, VERY knowledgeable in his field, very conscious of the property and keeping it clean during the service and was able to efficiently handle the issue at hand and provided better service than I expected. I highly recommend Rene as your plumbing technician. He did a fantastic job. I am a happy customer and will be calling this company for our plumbing needs.

Had a leak. Roto Rooter sent out a gentlemen to do a leak detection that was there for about 2 minutes. Tenant had to ask him, """"...are you going to turn the water on?"""" He tracked in dirt thru the house, did not clean up after himself proceeded to sit in the truck for about an hour before calling me to tell me the plumbing was falling apart, that I had limited time to repair before I had a serious problem and proceeded to instill panic and upsell tactics. Lastly, he quoted an insane dollar amount to then tell me he had someone who could deal with the insurance to get more stuff done. Only topped by the fact that I was told by 3 people that leak detection cost could be applied to cost of the work, this guy said """"oh no"""". I got a second opinion from a local plumber who did not share Roto-Rooter's diagnostic and was 60% less in cost for repair to go as far as to say, he added, it's not urgent, you should be fine for a while. I'm really disappointed at the snowjob Roto-Rooter pulled. Buyer beware.

Our main sewer line got clogged. Couldn't wash clothes, use the toilet, shower, or wash dishes. I managed to get a power snake stuck down the tub overflow line. I got a 4-6pm appointment, but they got backed up, and said they could come at 11PM. Wifey vetoed that, so it was scheduled for 8AM - Noon. They got here at about 12:30, and had completed the job in 30 minutes. (Yay!) Including getting the stuck snake out that I had tried (never again). For the kind of work they are famous for, clearing clogs, I highly recommend them.

I have a professional looking kitchen faucet. The kind with a long neck and coiled looking stayer. Anyway, sprayer wouldn't retract...I tried turning to de tangle and ended up twisting up and now had no water flow. I could not untangle and had to call plumber due to access Well after arriving...and I explained what I did and how it would basically be him with longer arms being able to twist back I to place ...plumber did it took less than 5 minutes and ( drum roll please ) Charged me 80 dollars But I got a break!!! Normally he would've charged 110 Don't call these people unless you're desperate

The service was excellent and the technician stayed with me until the problem was resolved. He ran the snake in two different locations until we figured out the problem. Great service.

Thank you for your email address. I sent you a response as requested to your email again explaining the situation. I got the information I needed, to locate the septic tank. I do need additional work on the septic tank, but am not sure if I will continue to use Rotorooter as your scheduling dept. needs assistance. Hope to hear from you
