If I could give less then a star I would. On Sunday September 4th my wife booked them for a backed up line in our garage. We were scheduled for 3 - 7 PM. We waited at home all day and at 7:30 nobody had come or called us. When we called they said we were scheduled next day. After some arguing I resigned to my fate and asked for some credit on service and they offered 50 dollars credit. The next day they did show. The tech (Joseph) immediately told me it's 150 for a diagnostic and the previous day they said an estimate would be free. I explained that and he said that both were different and to run diags cost money. I explained to him how Misleading that was. I asked before he started could I get my estimate around what he thought it might be and he said a couple thousand. I asked if he could be more specific and he said no. I then said before I signed any papers would he be able to try and clear line on roof. I know that's how you clear this line from service I had a year ago. He said that they wouldn't do that cause some plumbers had fallen off the roof before. There is nowhere to clear the line off from the ground properly. Joseph called his supervisor and finally Mike who owns the location and got him on speaker. He told Mike situation and Mike basically said yea we don't get on roof. I explained waiting two days and that I am not a plumber but that they had to know this was a possibility to have to get on roof why not inform the customer. Especially one who is now on day 2 of horrible service. Mike showed no empathy or care and no problem solving. Even when his tech knew that they couldn't clear the line from the ground and told me multiple times. This company is not only bad service but not equipped to handle plumbing needs in an appropriate fashion. Do not use. I am two days wasted. My kids have no clean clothes because I can not use washing machine or dishwasher and now I need to find another plumber to come out on emergency. P.S. 50 dollar credit did nothing as you can see
