The service call went smooth. The contractor arrived on in time even after I made a phone call an hour ago. Contractor shows great knowledge on working with the gasline. Glad I call them and they came immediately to fix the gas leaks.

I have a split level domicile and the bathroom on the upper level got clogged. After trying hot water and dishwasher liquid with no success, I made an online appointment with Roto-Rooter. Got a call back within 30 minutes later and two technicians showed up at the door within 45 minutes timeframe. After I explained the situation, they took a look and then told me that they have to do it from the roof and the charge would be $556 (after $40 off coupon). The price was high and I have no choice but to accept the price. One of the technician then climbed up to the roof with his snake tool and within 2 minutes, the clog was cleared. He then continued with the camera work for a little while before everything was done. The whole process took about 20 minutes. After that, he handed me an invoice with a 6 months warranty on the work.

Overall, the service was fast and I am please with the response time I received. However, the charge, in my opinion, is too high for 5 minutes work. A few years ago I had a chance to call on Roto-rooter for service at my sister's house and the work took more than an hour but cost only $250. After today, I would love to choose Roto-Rooter for service but would have to think twice with the price they charge.

Great service. Called them for help with a drain and they were there within the hour to help me out. The Technician was very kind and friendly. Although it can get pricey, they work hard for what they earn and ensure that their customers are satisfied. And let's be honest, they do a lot of the work that many people can't even stomach doing.

Called at 9:20 pm for a clogged, overflowing toilet. Plumber arrived by 10, job was completed by 10:20. Price was north of $150 but I expected that. Plumber was very professional, did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need, and cleaned up the mess nicely. I will definitely call again if necessary.

I have called Roto-Rooter numerous times over the years, but this is my first time writing a review. i recently contacted them about a leak from a 2nd floor shower. Also the drain was partially clogged. Unlike appointments with most other contractors, Roto-Rooter came at the exact time promised. The tech was friendly and polite. The leak was repaired and drain was unclogged. It now drains better then ever. And the tech thoroughly cleaned up after the job.
I always rely on those guys and they always deliver !!

Called them about a recurring problem. Their man, Mark, showed up in under an hour. I showed him what the problem was and he knew exactly what to do. He told me the price before he started and then at the end, there was no hidden surcharges or fees. It was the exact price he quoted me. I've used them before and I would recommend them to anybody.

Mike was extremely personable and professional; did a fantastic job. However, the cost of the services are definitely steep. The service was prompt and the technician was great, but the costs are the detriment.

I had a perpetually slow tub/shower in my hall bath. I tried lots of chemicals, but finally decided I needed a plumber. I made an online appointment. Times were very flexible. I chose between 10 and noon. I got a call that morning telling me he was on the way. He arrived right within the window. Immediately got to work. Even fixed a leaky toilet that had sprung up unexpectedly the day before. The plumber put booties on over his work shoes. That was great. He was very nice and friendly. Obviously knowledgeable.

My issue is price. I was shocked when he said it would be $355 to snake the tub and another $110 to replace a part on the toilet. I paid that priceit because I needed the work done and he was right there and I didn't know of any alternatives. But ouch! Never in a million years did I expect it to cost so much. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes too.
