Dishonest. Told me $150 to snake a drain. Charged me $451 which included the technicians ""time"". What's worse, when the (17 minute) job was done and I couldn't discuss (I had to take a conference call), the technician lied and told my husband I had already approved the price.
They gave me an $88 refund and a free water test, but I will never, NEVER go to them again. Price gouging is one thing. But do not lie. That's disgraceful. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The absolute worst experience. They are crooks and should be ashamed of themselves. Charge $100 to come to your house and say they can't replace a $.70 washer that I ended up doing.... Shame, shame, shame

Where to start... I'll start and end with Everett (#417) Life Saving... Professional... Got to the problem and fixed it... concerned and caring (yup I said concerned & caring). I would hire Everett for things he doesn't even do! So just ending a horrorshow with a residential contractor my toilets were left barely working. Finally one basically shot out waste (old) into the bathroom. After snaking, green goobler and plunging the problem just got worse. I tried calling plumbers for 1 week - an emergency mind you - and I either didnt hear EVER or I had to wait a month. Called Roto-Rooter on 6-2-21 and and Everett arrived on 6-3-21. What he found was truley unbelieveable - sheetrock grout and contruction waste clogging two newly installed pipes. He had to pullout by hand large pieces of sheetrock - it was disgusting and he never batted an eye. He called me down ever step of the way, explaining what hes was going to do. Thank You Roto-Rooter and Thank You Everett, You Are The Man!
