Had a clogged main pipe backing up from my septic system back into my 1st floor bathroom. Reached out at 5pm and the technician arrived by 830 pm. An hour later Orlando had my problem solved and had meticulously cleaned up after himself. Orlando was the nicest, most knowledgeable man to come into my house at a time of crisis ( couldn't even use the bathrooms) , and solved my problems quickly late at night. Thank you Orlando!

Horrible. I was told there was no charge for someone to come out, only if they serviced something. They came, looked at my sump pump for 2 minutes, not exaggerating, did not perform any service, told me there was nothing wrong and charged me 150. The person did nothing to my sump pump and they charged me. He didn't even take the time to thoroughly look at it. I called and was told they have to charge me something for coming out, they told me there was no charge charge for coming out, so they lied. Had another company come out and there was something wrong with it, the technician didn't know how to diagnose the problem. The people on the phone were rude and unhelpful.

I was contacted by the business after writing this review and the woman on the phone was rude and condescending. I have never been spoken like that at any business ever. They need customer service training.

Is my drain clear? Yes. When I asked how much it would be they would not give me a number.

$650 is the starting price for anyone who needs their drain cleared.

Addressing the note below...sorry Pat. Your colleagues had every opportunity to make it right when I called to complain. I was told "" that's been the company policy for 80 years""

It's not an easy 5 start because the prices are so high. But in a pinch they are hard to beat. The plumber was professional, courteous, and fast. The problem was fixed, everything was spotless and they got to me in less than 1hr.

It's not cheap but they did a fantastic job.
