Great service and very helpful technician. Cleaned out everything under my sink and went down into our 38 inch crawl space in order to snake our drain line. Company called to keep me informed that technician was running late. Very expensive but worth the convenience if you are unable to get a hold of a local contractor.

Kitchen sink and dishwasher were backing up. Technician Orlando arrived within the given time frame and analyzed my drainage system prior to starting. Explained what he would do and the cost prior to start. Was extremely pleasant and helpful and very respectful within home making sure everything was clean after the work. Took me through it all after to show the system flowing and working. Happy with the services I received.

Stay away from these thieves! we had a clogged pipe (main) and they sent 1 guy. He said he normally has a camera but it was with another today, and he drops the water 9 out of 10 times but not today. I need to send in the water pressure guy, he cost $800 if he drops the water or not. Water guy says he normally has a camera but not today it is out on the field?! He says I drop the water 9 out of 10 times but not today. We need to send in our master guy. He shows up and his camera is broken, go figure. says it will cost around $20,000 because the pipe is busted under the main street and they need to bring in private traffic controllers etc etc.
But the good news is that we can finance that for you right here, right now.
We obviously passed and rented a snake from home depot and dropped the water in 10 mins.
It is so sad, I just think of all the older people that don't know better and trust the name Roto Rooter to not rip them off. These guys are ruthless and pro scam artists. stay away.

We had a blocked drain in the bathroom sink. My husband tried clearing it, but did not have the proper tools to reach the clog. I called Roto-Rooter and was provided with an immediate appointment by phone, which was within a two hour window.. I received a followup call indicating that the technician was on his way. It took about two hours to clear the drain and we were given a discount. There was a coupon online for $40 off the service. I am very happy with the service and promptness of our local Roto-Rooter.

Excellent service. I scheduled online and got an appointment scheduled at the time I requested. I was called to know of the status of the repairman coming to my house. I wish I remembered his name as he was quite pleasant, smiling the entire time.

Roto-Rooter came to our rescue when pipes backed up and overflowed on a Saturday morning. They arrived about 4 hours after I called. The Tech, Jon Everett, was very thorough, explained everything carefully, and made sure I understood what was wrong. Although the root cause is a broken main drain pipe and will be costly to repair, Jon made it as easy as possible to take the bad news. Jon cleared the obstruction, so we could have limited use for the next couple of days. He also showed us with the camera sent through the pipes where it was broken and how far out the line it was.

Roto-Rooter added us to their schedule for full repair in 2 days, which is pretty amazing given that this will be a full-day job. They have the resources available to fix major problems quickly.

Note that I called another advertised service local to me and have yet to hear back. Its a no brainer to recommend a service provider with prompt attention to my issues!

I've had some OK dealings in the past with roto-rooter but this time was great. Our guy, Orlando, came out to my house because of a septic issue. My normal septic guy was too busy and wanted to do all sorts of tests and digging and blah blah blah. Orlando was professional and got right to business. I have an older house with a strange system. He got the huge clog out in under an hour. I didn't want to drop 400$ but thems the breaks. Would use these guys again but probably only in an emergency since they are a 24 hour operation. Thanks Orlando.

Showed up within the time frame. Courteous. Evaluated situation (clogged waste line) and explained cost up front, asking me to sign unpriced work order before he started. All told, spent about 2 hours (not including travel time) removing one toilet, using heavy duty machine rooter to clear line, and replacing toilet hardware to tighten toilet tank to bowl. Company followed-up with me later by phone to be sure I was happy with the service, which says quite a lot about their desire to do what they can to be sure their customer is satisfied. Not all companies do this, making this vendor stand out in a positive way. If needed, I would certainly use them again.
