Very friendly and competent. Quickly identified the problem as disposable wipes and snaked it out.

Our kitchen faucet had a slow leak that another plumber told us could not be remedied several times, and soon enough the hoses below the sink began to leak as well. We called this service and they were able to come within a couple of hours to address the problem. A very polite, personable and professional individual named Henry (#1120) came to the house and very quickly assessed the situation. We needed a new faucet. The faucet was old and the previous owners before we bought the house- I'm still not sure why the other plumbers couldn't tell us that. Henry also noted that the pipes underneath were too complex and allowed for more potential spots for a leak. He suggested we go buy another one so we did- and he came back the same day again to fix the problem for good. He even helped us with a stopper-solution for out bathroom sink upstairs.

Very nice guy and a pleasurable experience, even our cat liked him- and she doesn't like anyone.

Consistently excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. I get many of the same people who come for my biannual septic tank pumping, and they are absolute experts. No weekend or emergency surcharges either -- they just send someone as quickly as they can, which is usually within a couple of hours. Fantastic.

Called them at 5pm on a Sat and was told there would be a technician there by 7pm and no one showed up until after 10. I called the office a few times and they kept on telling me someone was on the way. I feel like the customer service, even though they were very sweet, could be a little more informative and accurate with the scheduling. Once Matt the technician arrived I was very pleased with his professionalism and capabilities in fixing my clog. He was sympathetic with to our long wait time that night and was quick and clean in his work. Thank you Matt -

Called this place at 9:30 p.m. because my toilets and shower would not drain. With a baby in the house, it was kind of an emergency, but luckily, RR was able to fit me in an appointment. Matt came as scheduled and listened as I described the problem. He explained what he believed the problem was, gave me an estimate, and an estimate of how long it would take. Happy to say he as correct as to all three estimates!

Great experience with Roto-Rooter. I had an emergency on Easter Sunday and didn't have a problem getting service. Technician Hank was great, he explained what the problem was and how he would resolve it. I was expecting guest, he work efficiently, quickly and didn't make a mess. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

My toilet has been clogged & plunging wasn't helping anymore. Called Roto-rooter & they had someone at my house within an hour. Initial person on phone (Erin, I think) was thorough, kind, & informative. Received a call from a dispatcher a few mins after who said a tech would be over in roughly 30 mins. I told her my dog was outside so just have him call when he's here, so I can bring her in. About 20 mins later there was a knock on my door--not a huge deal bc my dog is sweet but I would've appreciated the call, as I was expecting it & naturally I was smack in the middle of getting dressed . Chris #62 arrived & evaluated the situation. He believed the toilet needed to be snaked & it would be $245 + tax. I agreed. But Chris soon realized that was not the issue. My main line was clogged & needed to be cleaned. $445 + tax. I certainly wasn't looking to spend that much but I needed it fixed asap. Chris did an excellent job & explained everything to me, including how to not find myself in this situation again. I also received a 6 month warrantee. While Chris was great, I'd likely shop around next time bc I think Roto-rooter prices are a bit high. 4 star rating is for the prompt service & quality of Chris's work.
