Although the their website claims 24/7 emergency service and no additional charge on Christmas Eve, they apparently can't be bothered. I called them Christmas Eve (Saturday night) after my kitchen sink sprung a leak. I had to shut off the main water valve to my house to stop the water gushing in my kitchen. Of course it was a broken flexi line and would have been easily fix if Home Depot was open. I called Roto Rooter and they said they can't come until Monday. So much for emergency service. I had no water anywhere in my house. They could have easily charged me a fortune (which I would have paid) to replace a $3 part. Don't bother with these people.

We had a clog in the pipe leading out to the sewer from tree roots. We called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon and they were here within an hour. The technician worked until 9pm and had someone come back the next day, all for the original price. The 2nd tech was able to clear the drain and we had water again by Sunday at noon. The district manager, Joe, even called multiple times to make sure everything was OK. Steve and Mark, the technicians, were great. They were on top of the job, easy to work with and worked as cleanly as possible, considering the circumstances. I would absolutely use Roto-Rooter again and would recommend them to anyone who needs drain service.

Today the day after blizzard of 2015 Kenny G of Roto Rooter fix my toliet clog. In a matter of five minutes. Due to myself flushing farmer market cooked beets down my mother in laws toliet. These beets have cost me $250 dollars the most expensive beets I have ever served my husband. Roto Rooter was so fast with service it took a matter of 30 minutes to be fixed from the call to Roto Rooter. Best plumbers and fast service unlike everyone else that you try and reach and it takes forever to get a plumber. Don't waist time looking and shopping for a plumber JUST CALL ROTO ROOTER!!!!!

They wanted $400 to snake a pipe. When I balked at the price the rep took $100 off the price without hesitation. Even $300 is more than triple what it should and ultimately did cost. I told him to leave and used cheapsnake LI for $95 instead. No regrets. Beware of roto rooter taking advantage of homeowners. Simply disgusting business practices.

We have had nothing but good and prompt service from Roto-Rooter. They are on time and even send you an email to let you know when the serviceman will be showing up. We have had Bill N (1556) and he is polite and does a great job, really takes the time to get the job done and makes sure the area he works in is left the way he found it. Highly recommend the company.
