What I thought was a simple drain problem turned into a really big deal. C,larence was THE BEST. He knew what he was doing, he worked hard, and he was very reassuring when I was panicking. He was a pleasure to deal with and is an asset to the company.

I will NOT use this company again. They charged the double as the others said. They added stuff at the end and asked me $1,150 for unclogging the toilet. In fact, if you hire even Home Depot new installation with the new toilet, it would cost half the price. There should be some regulations in pricing, else we will see this type of issues, especially in Long Island NY, I cannot say for other locations, no experience. I would just search and check the reviewers at multiple sites.

Don't use them!!! They charge 100% more than your normal plumber. Also, they don't have all the tools needed for plumbing....Total scam

Horrible and extremely pricey. I called to fix outdoor faucet problem . i had water backed up in my outdoor pipe which needed to be drained and the tech said that was not his job. i explained that .in addition to replacing the faucet the water really needed to be drained because it would freeze in the winter and he refused. The only thing they could do was replace my small faucet and the would cost 500.00 . i told him to turn back and found another plumbing company that did all for under 480.00.

Our tub was clogged, and we called Roto Rooter to service it yesterday. The tech was not even in home for 45 minutes. While he was doing the work the technician told us that the cost for just labor and tax almost $700! When he told us the fee, we were irate, but we had no choice but to pay the bill. All the tech did was snake the tub. He didn't repair a pipe or replace anything; he just snaked the tub! I sent an email to complain to the corporate office and was called today by a manager Kenny. He told me that was their price and that was that. What type of company is this? Especially with all of these hard financial times that we are all going through. Forget about the rising gas prices at the pump, we were robbed in our own home! We were charged a ridiculous high cost for the service! The customer service by the manger was terrible!

My elderly family member called roto-rooter in Smithtown in a panic because her kitchen sink was clogged. 83 years old she didn't realize she had some very inexpensive options to clear the drain. Roto Rooter Did come right away(do not charge for emergency visit) snaked her line and replaced a part that cost $70. Tech was not even in home for 40 minutes. Part and labor and tax almost $700. When she told me the fee she paid I was irate! She was charged a ridiculous high cost! Terrible! I did call and really pushed her for some sort of reconciliation regarding the fee. After 2 days I will say she was credited a portion of the fee back. Really sad how high their prices are. Called around and got rates of other plumbers near by for her exact service. No more than $200 was three responses. I can say they did credit some back, which was the right thing however, will never use them again.

How anyone can charge almost $500 to just diagnose an issue & to say it's a septic problem is just not right. Sorry, will never use again. Felt like I was scammed.

Terrible customer service. Stated I can park on my driveway in 2 weeks, and do remaining work needed to be done after job...6 weeks later started work and had a partial collapse in the driveway, which they stated multiple times would not happen after 2 weeks of settling...multiples workers and managers stated there would be no issue with the driveway collapsing after 2 weeks of settling. Customer service would get 0/10 if possible

Did not fix our clogged drain! We spent $390 for a 15 minute service call for a backed up kitchen sink / clogged drain. They snaked the drain but it didn't work, The only solution offered was to go further with snake but there was 50/50 chance it would break the trap. They recommended using chemicals to unclog, We gave the chemicals a shot to no avail. We ended up calling a local plumber in our town who tried to unclog, another $450 out of pocket without a fix. The local plumber recommended that we call a larger company like Roto Rooter or Mr Rooter because they have special equipment that goes further in drain and sprays water. Since Roto Rooter didn't help the first time around, we opted to call Mr Rooter and problem fixed! Shame in Roto Rooter, I think they guys that were dispatched to our house didn't want to be bothered with our drain issue. Terrible service and we will never call Roto Rooter again.

Do not use They do not stand by their word Paid a lot of money to have a clogged fix. Same problem 4 weeks later they came back didn't stand by their guarantee and wanted to charge insane price again. Had to call a new plumber to fix the problem.
