I'm giving 3 stars because after coming to our house two times they didn't charge us because they weren't able to do the repair. However, we have a plumber at our home now, who we will have to pay, reinstalling the toilet Rotor Rooter didn't reset properly, causing the floor to flood when the toilet was flushed. 3 Stars might be generous but I feel like the policy of not charging when they can't fix it is fair, but i didn't trust them enough to come back and reset the toilet. And they were pretty messy.

I had a double 50 gallon water heater that ended up breaking down, they replaced it with a single 55 gallon water heater that stopped working after a few days. They replaced the prv and t&p and then a few days later replaced the water heater with a brand new one. Now less than a week later the new water heater has stopped working. The water is all cold, there is water leaking out of the t&p to pool at the bottom and the pilot light refuses to light. We have so far spent over $6000 and we are still dealing with not having reliable hot water.

This franchise just hires straight nubes out of high school - wet behind the ears. Do yourself a huge favor and wait for the real professionals! You will spend 2.5 times with roto rooter than any other local company. Do a simple Google search on this predatory plumbing company! During our job - the ""master plumber"" we had needed help from an older more experienced plumber so we ended up having to pay them BOTH $450 an hour - so $900 an hour for a toilet flange replacement & also a broken connector because the inexperienced plumber could not find the problem himself. BEWARE! - I cannot believe they just left the toilet to be put on by someone else. What a disgrace!!! Try B&L plumbing they are a reputable company here in the springs

Had a new hot water tank installed in 6/2021. Permit was never pulled, inspection was never done (i paid for this service upon purchase and install), they have ""lost"" my invoice all after I paid them $2800. so now 2 years later the inspection was finally done and....it failed. This is a joke, unsafe and uncalled for. let's see how long it takes them to come fix what was installed wrong.

Wonderful techs - so kind & very professional. Outrageous pricing- truly. Please, please price check before you commit to anything - I was shocked and the difference in work was about $8,500 cheaper through local plumber.
So grateful I researched and received other estimates. Let's hold them accountable as well as support local companies offering a fair price. (Still in complete shock at the initial quote- hoping people don't overpay in such extremes)

We have a rental property that the sewer line backed up and flooded the downstairs bathroom every time water ran. This was on a Sunday night and the tenants were just getting over COVID and still had a couple days before the end of their quarantine. Roto-Rooter prioritized our call, masked up and came out early in the morning and found the clog. It required excavating and after fixing the pipe, they ran the rest of sewer line and discovered we had clay pipes with tree roots starting to perforate the line in multiple places. Most likely we would be calling them back in 1 to 3 years for another clog as this was the second clog we had fixed using another company in 8 years. They recommended a product that can be injected into the entire length of line, hardens and becomes a new pipeline, saving us thousands in the coming years because we will not have the issue of crumbling clay pipes or tree roots. Very happy with Roto-Rooter.

I called the Colorado Springs Roto-Rooter office last night when I had a plumbing emergency. My water conditioner had sprung a leak and the plumbers who had installed it were not returning my calls. The Roto-Rooter dispatcher was professional and prompt, and after confirming the details of my issue, was able to schedule a plumber to visit my home the very next day.
First thing in the morning Caleb the plumber was at my door and ready to get to work. We were so pleased with Caleb's work on our issue that we also opened a new ticket to have him do some other plumbing repairs in our house. Now we are not only on the way to resolving our original issue, but also got some less important plumbing work done and out of the way. Caleb even worked with the manufacturer of our water conditioner to diagnose the underlying issue.
Caleb went above and beyond, and is one of the most competent and professional plumbers I've ever worked with. I've been a home owner for a long time, and I only very rarely deal with anyone this dependable.

Very professional and courteous service. Did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they estimated. Could not be happier and will call with all future plumbing needs. Thank you, Robert, ID#7435!

Don't bother with this corporate nightmare of a company (owned by an even larger nightmare traded on the stock exchange). They advertise same-day service, but the first time I called to have a clogged kitchen sink drained, they claimed they were unable to book an appointment until Thursday (two days later). The second time I phoned, having dialed them again by mistake, they claimed they could dispatch a plumber to us within a 4 hour window. No problem. I emptied the cabinet under the sink, cleared off the counter, rolled up the kitchen rug, opened the front door and waited. Three hours later, we receive a call informing us that Keaton (sp?) is on his way. Fifteen minutes later, we receive another call informing us that Keaton is having an ""equipment malfunction"" and is headed back to the office, but will then be on his way. Fine. No need to call us again, just send him on over. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we're still waiting. I call to inquire as to Keaton's wherabouts and am told by a different call center rep that Keaton had a flat tire and has been waiting by the side of road awaiting a tow from AAA. Ummmmm... thanks for lying to me Colorado Springs dispatch. Keaton is not on his way to the office, nor will he be draining our sink any time soon. Then we were told by random call center rep somewhere in the US (not local) that another ""tech"" will arrive possibly within an hour and a half. Then I requested to be connected with the local dispatch office and had the nnice lady on the phone relay my message to the lying liars informing them that all they had to do was tell me truth. Meanwhile, i could have put my kitchen back together, made dinner, eaten said dinner with my husband, and waited around some more. News flash: we also work. I wouldn't play stupid games with people and therefore don't tolerate it from others. Had you said you were taking a dinner break even, fine with me. Instead, i sat here for five hours with the door open waiting. Eventually, I located an actual master plumber who will be happy to help us and phojned Roto-Rooter back to tell them to go to he!! for lying to me twice in one day. Considering their extortionist rates for a simple sink draining, I'd say we dodged a bullet. Try being honest once in awhile and won't have to go full ""Karen"" on ya, dudes!. Anyway, and actual professional will be getting the job and will be paid well for his service. Am so over the attitudes of special snowflakes in this town. Zero professionals behave this way. Frankly, I shuld have known better than to contact corporate anything offering fast, trained professionals. Pffft!

I had a water heater go bad, water on the floor, etc., on Memorial Day. I wasn't sure I could get help on the holiday, but I called the 800 number. The repair guy was at my house in well under an hour. He went to get parts, swapped out the unit, and everything was complete 3 hours after I called them!
Caleb M. was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I am very impressed with this service, and will definitely recommend them.
