BEWARE. I had a backed up main drain line. They came out and offered to use their camera for no extra charge above the $295 (ouch) to snake the drain using the easily located cleanout. Ok...... I needed the drain cleared and they were on-site. Typical situation. So they snaked the drain with the camera. The camera showed that there were some roots. Of course they didn't have a cutter blade so they could only poke a little hole through the roots. Lesson learned: make sure you call a service that has a cutter blade. They offered to hydro-jet the line for another $1,400. How would this help if the problem was roots? I paid them the $295 just to get rid of them. By the way, this was the second time I used them. I was ripped of the first time (that is another interesting story) but called them this time by mistake. Watch out for the up-sell once they arrive on-site. BAD BAD COMPANY; PREYING ON YOUR MISFORTUNE.

I just bought a doublewide and found I have an issue with backups. The supervisor David and tech Kevin F came and assets all issues. The work was extensive but done great. They both have super customer service skills and a great job in keeping me informed of the situation. I definitely recommend this company and having David and Kevin do the work.

The drain was plugged for over a year.
Took something off the back of pipe and away went the trouble down the drain.

They gave me a quote of $3500 for the simple replacement of a residential hot water heater in Palm Springs, but then told my tenant that the actual price would have been closer to $4200 if I had agreed to the install. Got it done through Home Depot and their sub-contractor, All Star Water Heaters, for $2000.

I was so surprised when Fernando arrived to solve our plumbing problem. He was clean,neat and very professional. He also brought his own towels and cleaning cloths.and buckets. Solved our problem and a few others,cleaned up the mess and left the kitchen area and under the sink spotless in under an hour. What a pleasant experience to deal with such a gentleman. He explained what he was going to do and why. We will definitely call him again and hope others that read our review will too. In the depths of the pandemic my garbage disposal sprang a leak. I called the plumber who installed it 5 years before and he had gone out of business. I called two others who put me out 2+ weeks. I called Roto Rooter and they arrived same day and installed the replacement part the next day. I have called them twice more since then for different issues including today and they arrived same day, fixed the problem professionally, charged a reasonable price and gave me a 6-month warrantee. No contest.
